The laser tag is tiny and not very thought out for older people. Also the bowling is beyond expensive and you don’t advertise your £4 per person with a reciept very well for bowling which is disgusting. Will not be returning! No one asked us yo show our booking for discounted drinks either.

Don’t order the food!
Went for stop son’s birthday.
On arrival there were kids (approx 10 yrs old) whizzing around on scooters inside the building, no one seemed to mind this other than the parents of small children that risked being hit.
I ordered drinks from the robot behind the bar (I’m assuming it was a robot from the dead eyes and lack of absolute to speak).
Bowling was fine, there were pins and balls, all good.
Then the food arrived. We had ordered “champions burgers” for 6 and asked for it after we had played our game. It arrived 10 min into our game.
I refer to these as burgers but I think it may have been a cross between play food and dog food. The chips were good enough but the little cartons were only 3/4 full. The burgers themselves were tiny (about the size of the bottom of a come can), approx 5mm thick and crispy. These were meant as adult size meals! I can’t remember the last time I ate a worse burger and in future will go to KFC after. We had ordered 6 drinks - 5 diet cokes and one full sugar. They all came in the same glasses and they all had to be tasted to see which was different. No one had the sense to put a straw in the different one.
We went on a Tuesday and wasn’t particularly busy and the food was ordered ahead.
Oh, and pool is £2 a game! How on earth is that justifiable, especially on tables that have been abused by countless kids stopping the balls from rolling true.
I will go back for the bowling but won’t touch the food with a barge pole!
Edit - wife tells me the girl that she dealt with at the bar was perfectly pleasant and helpful

very disappointed in the party we booked for soft play had to keep asking staff to do the options we booked and dirty nappies in the soft play when kids went in so in all these things could have been avoided with more staff paying more attention to the areas being used by the children

Booked online and was a simple process once arrived to get our lane. Easy to get drinks, didn't order food. Not very busy fir a Saturday afternoon on 4 lanes being used. Other games there to play air hockey, pool, other machines and games. Area was cool temperature which was nice.

We had a amazing time - professional team
We had a amazing time. Great value for money as well. Al the staff were lovely. I did want to highlight the manager who helped me. My family and I visited Lydney for a inland holiday. We love bowling so decided to visit the nearest ally, which was Gloucester, and purchased the special offer with the drinks. We finished up our bowling and went over to the baseball game in the arcade and my ring which is usually on my other hand (switched) for the bowling shot down the side of the machine. The team took it really seriously and did not delay, I was so worried but they had it located under five minutes. Super grateful! Will come again when we next visit.

Great party venue! Good value for money
Staff were really good. Kids all enjoyed the party. Food was good value. Maybe could have done with a bit of support or more time allowance for parties as children can be quite slow bowling so not enough time to complete 2 games.

Complaint About Poor Lane Management and Reduced Playing Time
I booked (by phone as it is apparently a better price than online as identification was needed) and that was fine. It was a school trip. 12 pupils and 2 adults. The lanes were already split up to allow 4,5 and 4 players. That only totalled 13!! They couldn't add another player to one of the 4 in a lane for over 20 minutes. Eventually they did. But the time ended at the same time. The lane, which was my lane only got 8 ends in. We didn't get to finish the game. They said they couldn't add two more ends in. They could restart it for us. All the others had finished. Bit of a waste of time for the 5 players this happened to.

Children with whistles
There was a group of young children with whistles - very noisy & annoying! I put 2 pounds in a machine and nothing happened. I informed a member of staff, a young girl, and she said she would get someone to come and look it. After waiting for over 10mins I informed another member of staff, this time a young man, and he said he'd get a manager to come and help. After another 5mins the manager eventually came and sorted it out.
