Selling tickets is in the DNA of our company. The passion for sport, with tennis in particular, was central to the establishment of Tennis Ticket Service. It all started in 2007 when the ‘event junkies’ behind the company visited a lot of tennis matches. Tickets became increasingly difficult to get, causing the idea to expand the network to a wider audience than friends and family only. A "server not working" message every time you try to log in is a real technical failure, not just a delay, and more than a year old is far too long for that to go unresolved. Glad the tickets did reach you in the end, but that doesn't explain away the login issue you were stuck with for so long.
If you're still running into that error on our site for anything else, let us know and we'll get it looked at properly.

Very disappointed in the seats
Very disappointed in the seats, which were purchased very early and as a special birthday pressie for a friend. While I got confirmation etc. did not get thetickets til 2 weeks before…. Only had day session but was unaware until well into the afternoon that we could also use these tickets for “other” courts!. No info on our tickets to this effect… heard it from my person sitting beside me…. Neither of us are into Phone Apps, and would have preferred “paper information sheet” with matches etc. it none available!….. the Qs for food were horrendous, and no where to sit comfortably to eat, so we did not buy!… they did not even serve coffee au lait, only espresso!,,,,…. Come on we are not in a third world country!!. So had one bottle Cocoa Cola for the whole day.
The venue was uneven, very dark stairwells, no hand rails and too far to the exits!… my apologies but you asked for my comments…..

Thank you for the detailed feedback, even the parts that aren't easy to hear.
One thing we can take responsibility for: not knowing your Day Session ticket also covered access to the outside courts is exactly the kind of thing that should be clear on the ticket itself, not something you learn from the person sitting next to you. That's on us, and it's something we're working on making clearer.
A few of the other points are worth separating out, since Tennis Ticket Service sells the tickets but doesn't run the tournament itself. The venue layout, food options, stairwells, and the mobile-only ticket system are all managed by Roland Garros and the FFT, not by us. We understand the frustration, but those are things we genuinely can't change on our end.
Glad it was a birthday gift worth planning for, even if the day itself had some rough edges.

It could be scammers
It could be scammers, I bought 5 tickets for RG 2025 and 2 of them had many problems to get in, QR code did not go thru and the 2 persons were into a office until they sign a document that stated that RG was not responsible for the sale of this tickets.
I bought 5 tickets at the price of almost 400 euros and the correct price was 45 euros.
watch out when buying from this people, this could be scammers as same RG officers stated.

Two things here are worth separating.
On price: Tennis Ticket Service is a secondary market reseller, not the official FFT ticket office. €45 is likely the original face value set by the tournament; what you paid reflects the resale price for a ticket that was otherwise sold out through official channels. That price difference is normal for how resale works, not a sign of fraud.
The QR code failing for 2 of your 5 tickets is a separate, real problem, and having to sign a disclaimer at an office to get in is not something anyone should have to deal with after paying for a valid ticket. [PLACEHOLDER: wat er precies misging]

Kein Stern!!! Wir haben mehr als das 6fache für die Groundtickets von Roland Garros bezahlt (39 Euro Tickets, verkauft um 250 Euro pro Ticket). SCAM!!! Beim Eingang wurden unsere Tickets geblockt und nur mit Hilfe der Veranstalter konnten wir rein. Dieser Betrug wurde vom Veranstalter registriert und tennisticketservice wird vor Gericht gebracht!

zwei Punkte, die wir gerne trennen möchten.
Zum Preis: Tennis Ticket Service ist ein Wiederverkäufer im Sekundärmarkt, kein offizieller Ticketschalter. 39 Euro ist vermutlich der ursprüngliche Nennwert. Wir selbst zahlen für solche Tickets aber auch einen deutlichen Aufpreis über dem Nennwert, gerade bei einem ausverkauften Grand-Slam-Event. Der Endpreis spiegelt diese gesamte Kette wider, nicht eine einfache Multiplikation unsererseits.
Zum Zugang: Eure Tickets waren gültige, auf euren Namen ausgestellte Tickets im offiziellen System des Turniers. Bei manchen Wiederverkaufstickets gibt es am Eingang zusätzliche Kontrollen, was verständlicherweise beunruhigend wirken kann. Am Ende seid ihr aber eingelassen worden, wie es bei gültigen Tickets auch sein sollte.
Wir verstehen, dass sich das in diesem Moment nach Betrug angefühlt hat, aber die Tickets waren echt und gültig.

I bought tickets to Roland Garros 2025 just a day before the match. They appeared in my Roland Garros account within a few hours after purchase. At the entrance, I was asked to speak with customer support — I believe it’s a standard verification for tickets purchased by someone other than the attendee. After a brief conversation and some formalities, I was in.

Je suis franchement déçu par le service, qui vend des places pour un événement auquel il est en réalité impossible d’assister.
J’ai acheté des billets pour une demi-finale dames, mais après vérification sur le site officiel de Roland-Garros, ces matchs se déroulent sur un autre court que celui indiqué sur mes billets. Il est donc impossible d’y assister comme prévu.
Je déconseille ce service, d’autant plus que le service commercial ne semble pas très transparent ni honnête.

Nous comprenons la frustration de découvrir cela après l'achat. Le calendrier exact des courts pour certaines sessions, notamment les demi-finales, est parfois finalisé par l'organisation du tournoi assez tard, ce qui peut créer un écart entre ce qui figure sur le billet au moment de l'achat et le calendrier final publié par Roland-Garros.
Cet avis date de plus d'un an, nous ne pouvons donc plus vérifier les détails précis de votre commande à ce stade. Nous tenions tout de même à répondre, ce point méritant une explication claire plutôt qu'une absence de réponse.

Ho pagato il biglietto per entrare al Roland Garros sette volte tanto, costava 39€ e l ho pagato 250 più le spese 267,lo stesso biglietto in questo stesso sito costava due giorni prima 95€ ci sono cascata mi sembra un bagarinaggio ufficializzato, ero convinta di aver acquistato il biglietto per i campi centrali a quel prezzo ma ce l’ avevo solo per il ground , se volete farvi fregare accomodatevi pure ! Mai più comprateli solo nel sito ufficiale !

Sul prezzo: Tennis Ticket Service è un rivenditore sul mercato secondario, non la biglietteria ufficiale. 39€ è probabilmente il valore nominale originale. Anche noi paghiamo un sovrapprezzo significativo rispetto a quel valore per un evento sold-out come questo, il prezzo finale riflette l'intera catena, non una semplice moltiplicazione da parte nostra. I prezzi cambiano anche in base alla domanda del momento, motivo per cui poteva costare meno pochi giorni prima.
Sul tipo di biglietto: se il prezzo pagato era quello di un biglietto per i campi esterni (ground) ma pensava di acquistare l'accesso ai campi centrali, questo dovrebbe essere chiaramente indicato sul prodotto stesso. Se non lo era, è un problema nostro da correggere, non un tentativo di ingannarla.
Non si tratta di bagarinaggio: operiamo apertamente, con termini e politiche chiare, non della rivendita non autorizzata per strada.

Sorry to hear the seats didn't meet expectations. Tennis Ticket Service sells by category, so what you're paying for is a guaranteed seating category, not a specific row or view, and category prices reflect demand on the secondary market rather than face value alone.
Without an order number we can't check what happened with your specific seats, but if that's ever useful to you, we're reachable via our support address.

Don't use these guys for the Australian Open
They had my money from April 2024 for the 2025 Australian Open. I expected them to have early access to good seats on the Rod Laver Arena, but all they did was buy tickets in January 2025 which I could buy myself online. The face value of the tickets is half the amount I paid them and they are the worst tickets in the arena - the very back row. I would not have chose to sit there. They don't care about where you sit, they just buy the cheapest tickets they can to maximise their profit. Very very disappointing. Even when I contacted them to make these points, they just make up some stuff about they are a secondary reseller and cannot control the tickets they get - complete nonsense. And clearly they are not interested in customer service or repeat business! Stay away from them!

Paying in April for a January event and ending up in the back row is a frustrating gap between expectation and result, we understand that.
The explanation you were given wasn't made up: Tennis Ticket Service doesn't select which seats you get. We buy through our own suppliers, and the specific seats are allocated by them closer to the event, not chosen by us. There's no incentive on our end to hand out worse seats to save a few euros. A customer who books with us again next year is worth far more than a small margin on one order, so "cheapest seats for maximum profit" isn't how this actually works, even if it can look that way from where you're sitting.
We're sorry this wasn't communicated clearly enough for you to know what to expect going in.

An excellent website!!!
An excellent website. Buy my tickets for Roland Garros 2024. To watch the women's semifinals on June 6. The purchase was very easy, I was in contact with the agency by phone while I made the purchase, if I had any questions they resolved it patiently and kindly. I bought the tickets on April 23rd and they arrived on May 20th! 2 weeks before, which created a lot of relief and security. I had previously read that this page was not reliable and I was terrified that they would scam me but that was not the case, I understand that the website has changed owners and now works perfectly. When I bought the tickets I could only choose the ranking of the seats, but not the seats themselves. The agency chooses the seats for you. I was afraid that we wouldn't see anything but when we arrived at Roland Garros we were sitting in the middle of Philip Chatrier and we saw everything perfectly.

Sitzplatz war auch weit entfernt von dem was gebucht wurde. Dennoch hatte meine Ehefrau ein schönes Erlebnis beim Damenfinale beim RG 2024!
Nächstes Mal direkt bei RG buchen.
