Purchase of a hot water cylinder and installation. Great experience from start to finish - The Customer Service Team were very helpful and knowledgeable (answered the phone straight away, no long holds!).

Install was 1 week later, and fitter (Phil) arrived exactly on time. He explained what he needed to do, and kept me updated throughout (I actually now have an understanding of how it works!).

This is exactly how a company should operate. I will be telling all my neighbours!

My wife and I want to thank you for your much valued advice when you advised us to switch off the switch connected to the thermostat on our hot water cylinder.
As you know we are a retired couple and recently had our home totally renovated with new roof , underfloor heating and all walls and attic insulated.

I'm an designer, new build / residential. I often need to finalise heating / hot water specifications for clients. For my current project, Telford's technical advisor provided a specification, within 24-hours, that will enable my client to install a hot water / heat pump system in a 20M2 studio which has just enough space in the eaves for a hot water tank. Good work, Telford.

Having fitted many Telford cylinders over the years, I have now had three or four interactions with customer service. Most recently I needed some technical advice. I called the technical help line number, it was answered instantly by Sean who couldn’t have been more helpful. Unprompted, he offered to email me the details of our exchange, which he did within 2 minutes. On another occasion when I had an issue with an item, the team pulled out all the stops to get things sorted in short order, and all done in an extremely friendly manner. They are a proper old school company, where nothing is too much trouble. By far, my number one choice for cylinders.
