Telford Copper & Stainless Cylinders LTD Omdömen

Excellent service.

Telford - Sean was very responsive to a specification question regarding an additional sensor pocket on an unvented hot water cylinder.

Many Thanks Denton Plumbing & Heating Ltd

Sean was very helpful with what little information I had he went above and beyond.

A great range of cylinders and very helpful technical team.

Technical Support were prompt helping me find the data sheet for the tank I installed over a decade ago.

Trevor was helpful with his advice and pointing me in the right direction.

They listened and responded in short order.
I like companies that stand by their products

Sean at Telford cylinders was my contact throughout. Each time I contacted him via email he immediately returned my questions with very helpful answers. He showed great technical expertise. Thanks Sean.

I had a technical query regarding a 500 litre cylinder which was fully answered within 1 hour, great product and service

Great technical support over an issue with our heat pump. Marie and Miles’ swift response meant the problem was quickly fixed. Excellent customer service!

Technical services were very helpful with diagnosing a problem with our cylinder, which had been fitted 6 months earlier by a local company. I paid Telford for a service visit to check the installation and provide peace of mind, they were excellent and swapped out a faulty component. Great after sales support.

staff knew what i needed straight away,
part number and price emailed in minutes,
free carriage for march too.

Fantastic customer service really helpful.

Excellent technical support from Trevor Roe. Despite the fact that I started off using a technical term incorrectly he was very patient and very quick to respond. The cylinder hasn't been ordered yet (that's my next step) but so far Telford have been excellent.

Peter was really helpful and patient when explaining my hot water system to me, he took the time to explain things to me in a way I would understand!

We received first class advice from Sean today, despite the fact that the company hadn’t supplied our item. Thank you.

The technical support provided by Trevor Roe has been exceptional. The in-depth knowledge he has in dealing with various issues and problems is impressive.
More importantly, he takes time and listens to the information being conveyed to him.

The process of ordering a new Telford Vented Indirect Copper Hot Water Cylinder and Backer 27inch Immersion Heater, through Plumbnation, was very straightforward and they were very helpful with the technical queries I had.
The delivery of the Cylinder was undertaken by Telford themselves. The delivery driver could not have been more pleasant and helpful.
Unfortunately, we were out when he came so he phoned us to ask where he could safely leave the cylinder. After some discussion he searched out which one of our neighbours was at home, and while we stayed on the call he organised leaving the cylinder with them. So, what could have been a difficult situation was dealt with without any fuss or bother.
I had checked with Plumbnation that the 27 inch immersion heater would fit in the cylinder, and they confirmed with Telford that it would. However, when I did a test fit I was concerned that the heater might just touch the coil. A quick, and very helpful, call to Telford support confirmed that even if the heater did touch the coil it wasn't a problem.
So a very special thanks to Rob of Plumbnation and the delivery driver, Yvonne and Sean of Telford Copper Cylinders.

I really appreciated the support of Caroline and Miles to deal with an urgent issue on my heatpump. Very responsive, effective and professional.
