Picture arrived broken in many parts! Crappy shipping and packaging!

Actually if it was available I would rate them a negative 10. First, Ms Daisy, would run these turtles into bankruptcy. They took over 2 months to deliver. But it was understandable. Because when they took the picture of my beautiful doll face Persian cat, and converted her into a Ghetto tomtom alley cat. Not to mention they promised a 1square ft masterpiece , and produced it a half inch to big all the way around, thereby making it impossible to fit where it was designed to, so it’s understandable it took them for ever to attempt and hide the Frankenstein work they performed on my baby. It’s time to call the Humane Society. Because they robbed me blind, with their outrageous Donald Trump prices.

It was just delivered and it’s cracked all the way across!

This is a terrible ripoff!!! Buyer BEWARE!!! They take FOREVER, have a crappy return policy and what they promise is NOT what they deliver!!! I am not even able to look up my order to leave a review on the site, even though they sent me a email link to do so!!! What crap product and what an ugly rendition of my beautiful dogs!! They did them dirty!!! Terrible Experience and Terrible Quality!!!!

I have waited almost 3 months for this and when I saw the packaging, I knew to get my camera out. I thought a few pieces were broke but when I raised it up ALOT was broken and fell. I really like it but it is for a gift that the occasion has already passed. So angry.

My cat name sam I got with oreo name on it my cat face it black and I got white face on it no return and buy new one 109.oo I said no thank I so piss off this bull shit do not buy it I send the picture cat and copy them noone f care . This a big problem

The product is lovely, however it took over 3 months to receive my order and never did the company state it would take that long...order if your in no hurry, but be prepared to WAIT for your order

If I could give it negative stars, I would like 1 million negative stars. My experience from the beginning was horrible. I ordered memorial pieces to give to someone I love of fur babies that passed away. I uploaded the photos and the preview photos that I got look absolutely nothing like the product I received. I am appalled at how poor the quality is. Not only did it take two months. There was no communication other than the generic AI communication, but nothing from the seller itself. I’m sickened at how bad these glass portraits are. they look nothing like the animals that they are supposed to be representing. Don’t waste your money.

This was a horrible experience. I ordered this product on July 22 and received it on September 14. Customer service info is hard to find. I had to search Google reviews to get their email address. Initially, I received a tracking number, but it didn't show any carrier. After contacting customer service, I learned they use a company called SpeedX for delivery. If you search the delivery company on Google, they have horrible reviews. The label was created, and my package was sitting in New Jersey for over a month. Meanwhile, I live in Maryland. I have international packages sent to me from China that arrive much quicker. The package arrived at my house today, and it’s completely destroyed. The item was packaged upside down, with no fragile sticker anywhere on the box, and the box looks like it was thrown around. During all of this, my dog passed away. To add more insult to the injury, the item is NOT 3D like advertised. It’s flat with glass cutouts glued on a picture. I bet the reviews with 3D pictures are all fake AI reviews, which wouldn’t be surprising since this company uses AI for their ads. The product looks nothing like the ads. This was a long wait for so much disappointment.

I ordered these on July 13, 2026. I received them September 14, 2026 three months. It was definitely worth the weight they captured every bit of her.

The entire process was nerve racking. I ordered 10 weeks ago so I would be sure to get them for my daughter's birthday. Was supposed to be a 6 week process. Finally received them today, the day before I fly to see my daughter. I have been giving negative comments about their service on the Facebook sites, and sending scathing emails, but after finally receiving them, they are things of beauty!! So well made and lovely renditions of my daughter with her two rainbow kitties.

If I could give this experience no stars, I would. Worst company ever. I ordered two mosaics glass wall art pictures of my dogs for memorial purposes. They took my money, created the shipping label and almost three months later, nothing. Oh sure, they were quick to contact me after I posted an initial review on this page, reassuring that my items were almost completed and would be sent out soon. That was almost a month ago and the tracking hasn’t moved. I’m done and will be getting my money back. Luckily, my credit card backs my decision. Update: this company proved they are a scam even further today by telling my credit card company they’ll go ahead and refund half of my money! Half? I never received the product and the tracking information is bogus. So why not full refund? Because they’re thieves! Nice try. In fact, every time I confront them, they send out a form email apologizing, but still no product. I stand by my original decision to warn others to stay far far away from this company. Update: Tedooo has attempted to appease me by offering an item for free. 😂 I have paid them $230, in which they’ve refunded me only half, for items I’ve never received. It’s three months later, and they think I’m going to order from them again? Please heed my warning to stay away from Tedooo.

The product itself was lovely but unfortunately the packaging was inadequate and the plaque was broken. Devastated.

The products turned out great. The issue I had was not receiving them in a timely matter. Missed giving them for Mother’s Day and birthdays, so I’ll give them for Christmas. Still waiting to receive one more. I’ll still order another.

This picture is supposed to be made of pieces of glass and it’s one big glob. It took over two months to arrive in Houston and one of the four things that I ordered from this company is installed with no label and nobody knows where it is and I’ve already paid a lot for all four of these over two months ago so they’re definitely misrepresented on Facebook and somebody needs to make a note on Facebook

This is really a very nice piece and the ordering was very simple with a photo upload. I ordered the 12” but in hindsight I should have got the bigger one. I will be ordering another one for a Christmas present. I’d give 5 stars if the delivery time was better. Also, too many emails basically saying, Keep waiting.

Love it so very much. The only reason I’m giving only 4 stars is because I wish I had, had the option to put their names on the top corner. Also it took so long to get. BUT ! It’s amazing and we love it. I’d show photos but I don’t think there’s an option.
