Tailormade Moves Omdömen

I really appreciate your help! You are great!

I had a difficult sale to deal with. Tailormade Moves went above and beyond to help me solve various problems along the way. All the staff that I dealt with were lovely, effificient and friendly. Everything that you need when totally stressed out.

I would definitely recommend this firm.

Purchased a house, Excellent service
Thankyou

Stress free, seamless process and a really friendly, professional service.

Excellent service from Tailormade would definitely recommend them and would use them again. Especially Travis who will go the extra mile for you . The girls I. The office were lovely as well and always helpful . Well done Tailormade.

Tailormade Moves from the get go have been so informative, helpful and genuine. Karine helped us with advice on how to make our house the best it can look. Louise who sold it for us kept us up to date with feedback and negotiation on our sale. All in all, the team at Tailormade Moves were so helpful and informative, from reception to the Estate Agents, which gives the customer an amazing experience. I will be recommending Tailormade Moves to anyone looking for Estate Agent services.

Very easy to deal with for both buying and selling. All the staff we dealt with were great, mentions to Laura and Travis and particularly Katherine who was excellent, very calm and reassuring during some stressful moments and she really went the extra mile to make sure everything worked out.

I recently relocated from Glasgow to Inverness and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the very first phone call, they were professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient.

Communication was clear throughout — I was kept in the loop at every stage, and no question was ever too much trouble.

If you’re planning a move to the Highlands, I can’t recommend them enough. Absolutely 5 stars!

We recently bought our first home through Tailormade Moves and couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the team was professional, responsive, and incredibly supportive. A special thank you to Karine, who was absolutely fantastic – always just a phone call or text away, making the whole process smooth and stress-free.

Even though they clearly handle a high number of properties, it never felt like just another property sale. The service felt both personal & thoughtful. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and it really shows. We’re so grateful to have had their guidance through our first home purchase and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. An exceptional estate agency!

Tailormade Moves is the dream agency. We've been in to two properties with them, and they've always helped us with everything, supporting us every step of the way. From day one, they trusted us and gave us all the support we needed. They continue to do so today, always attentive to every question or request we have. If one member of the team is unavailable, there's always another one who answers right away. They're a great family, and we're delighted to have them. Whether as a tenant or as a landlord, do not hesitate to contact them, you will have a more peaceful life knowing that you have their help and support.

Louise and the rest of the team were absolutely fantastic. Any questions or queries were promptly answered. Made the whole process stress free. Thankyou :)

This the 3rd property we have sold through Tailor made moves. An agency who knows the Inverness and surrounding area very well as they are locally owned and independent with many years experience of the local market. As one of the few agents who only do accompanied viewings included in the fee, it is important to bear this in mind as, yes, they are more expensive than most but they will work hard to get the best price for the market conditions. Will be using them again for our next property sale. Highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience with having Travis as our estate agent. From start to finish he was very professional, responsive and incredibly supportive and went above and beyond to ensure we were delighted with the service.

What stood out most was his genuine care for all our needs and clear communication whether this was within office hours or outwith, which benefited us greatly.

Thanks for his hard work over the past few weeks and couldn’t be happier with the outcome. We won’t hesitate to recommend Travis to anyone buying or selling a property in future.

Thank you again for everything

The sale went incredibly smoothly and I was pleased with the offer I got

Always great service from all at Tailormade Moves.

I have used TMM on more than one occasion now . The only estate agent I will use and recommend.
Karine ,Katherine and Louise worked their magic once again to secure my perfect home . Looked after every detail .
Thanks once again !!

We entrusted Katherine at Tailormade with the sale of two flats in Inverness. Katherine and the whole team at Tailormade went above and beyond to help make the process seamless and secure a quick sale.

Highly recommended!

From beginning to end such a smooth and fast process! Joel and Innes did our viewing and were super helpful and great at showing us around.

Joel had been keeping us updated during the process and still now after having moved in checking up to make sure everything is good!

Would highly recommend Tailormade Moves and the lovely staff!

Tailormade moves were brilliant from
start to finish, very knowledgeable and professional (unlike some other estate agents in the area!)

Katherine was so friendly, very approachable, always quick at responding and would regularly check in with us.

The admin team / internal processes are very efficient and all staff I spoke to through the process were very helpful.

Would definitely recommend!

From viewing the flat, I had a great chat with the co-owner, forwarding on to being told we got offered the flat to picking up keys, it was a nice experience. Joel was very polite and helpful.

Thanks, Chris & Eleanor
