Before renting or buying I would seriously consider before going with this lot. We were given a 28 day eviction notice purely due to the Landlord wanting to sell - that’s fine, we accepted that. 2 weeks later there is new rental tenants in the property.
Lying on contracts and final notices given to us is something I would not trust from a company such as this. It’ll only be the start.
Other realtors and companies have warned me against Tailormade so I probably should’ve listened, and also told me that this thing happens all the time. Houses for their friends and whoever suits.
Disgraceful company.

Very friendly knowledgeable company whose aim is to do their best for the customer. Have a great knowledge of the housing market and put customers at ease when selling their homes. Nothing is a bother to them and keep you updated at every stage. Would highly recommend.

Thanks to the team at Tailormade Moves and most of all Innes for taking on and sorting out my existing housing issue and bringing it up to date with modern housing laws and talking me through every process from start to finish always a phone call email or text away, they have now found my son and I a great house to live in and I know we are in safe hands for hopefully many years to come. Highly recommend Tailormade Moves for anyone needing help finding a future home.

After an explanation and apology i removed this review but after a further disappointment from this company i am reinstating the review.

They advertised a flat for sale in Inverness on 07/06/26. I was actively looking for a 1 bedroom flat and i noticed this flat for sale within a few days.
I had half the money saved and quickly applied for a mortgage to give me a budget of 140k

Offers were over £115,000 and i was willing to pay up to £126,500 for this property, (10% above asking).
I contacted the company with intent of putting an offer in straight away but ended up asking for a viewing because i understood that to be due process.

After stating i was working the next day why did you then offer me a viewing the next day ? Did you not read through my comment ?
After being told there were no further viewings available for that week i was told i'd be contacted the following week.

Unfortunately for me and the seller that never materialised and later the following week i phoned them and was told someone else put an offer in which was accepted.
I believe my offer could have been in the region of £10,000 higher than the accepted offer so seller lost out on a sizeable amount of money due to bad management and unprofessional staff.
So, no contact given for me to be involved in making an offer, being told there was another interested party or even to let me know another offer was made.
They didn't even let me know the flat had been sold or contact me to say there was no longer a viewing available.

They contacted me after i placed the review, were extremely apologetic and very nice so i removed my review however....

To make things right they encouraged me to put an offer in even though the flat was sold subject to contract.
I offered 120k but wasn't offered the opportunity to increase that offer after that offer was placed/rejected.

After googling this it said that the other buyer was almost at the end of the buying process so if my offer had been accepted they could have lost the flat and over £1000 in solicitor fees which i would not have accepted as it's morally wrong.

Two wrongs don't make a right Tailor-made moves !

On Friday 17th July i get an email from Suzy saying congratulations on buying the property and to go into their offices the following Monday to collect the keys

On Wednesday 29th I get another email from Suzy saying congratulations on moving into my new home and asking for a google review.

After such an apologetic phone call about professionalism and how you would learn and change things to then send me these emails not just further upset me but was rubbing in salt to the loss of a flat i really, really wanted to purchase and had the buying power to buy.

I was FAILED as a buyer and SELLER was failed by an estate agent so if you are still reading this my recommendation would be to consider a different estate agent or risk loosing ££ when selling a property.

Lots of good reviews don't necessarily show real world experiences.
As you are spamming me for google reviews i will cut and paste this review and do as you instruct.

A professional service from the first meeting with Travis at my house. The photos and video of the house really took it to the next level. Everyone who I have spoken to has been really friendly.

I am really delighted with the service Taylor Made Moves has provided. Travis organised everything extremely quickly, including the Surveyors, Photographer and Conveyancer. It is extremely efficient, as the request to view the property is sent to their central offices, and they issue an email to the owner of the house or flat. Travis came and did my viewings for me. He was very good at coming early to the house, as people seem to be prompt when they are keen to view the property. It is really good that Travis did the viewings, as it allowed people to explore more thoroughly. Travis would give me a voice note as soon as possible after the viewings.

Everyone has been very organised and friendly with me, both on the phone and through updates. I was also really happy with the schedule for the house. It is a nice house. It has been a positive experience all round, thank you.

We were very happy with the service from Tailormade Moves. Our agent was Travis Shaw, who was communicative, professional and friendly. He organised the valuation, home report, and photography very quickly and arranged the online adverts. He did all the viewings for us - the organised and pleasant staff in office kept us informed when the viewings would be - and then he gave rapid feedback after each one. The house sold in a fortnight. Recommended as an excellent experience. Travis went over and above what can be expected to make this a success.

Tailormade have provided a great service from the start, they are available to answer queries at all hours, easy to get hold of and kept me up to date regularly.
I mainly worked with Katherine however Travis also stepped in last minute to do some viewings and both were able to provide feedback from viewings quickly and were able to give me advice and answer all of my queries.

From the start the team were fantastic, great knowledge and guided me through the steps and made everything clear.

Outstanding service from first introduction/visit to the property by Louise followed by equal support from the wider office based (Rhea) team thereafter. I was updated routinely with progress during critical stages of the purchase and left in no doubt the company had my interests at heart.
