Tailormade Moves Omdömen

We had a fantastic veiwing with Gemma and the once offer was in Katherine was brilliant at getting it all sorted for us. Was great service, so professional and friendly
Thank you all so much

Was a very smooth and pleasant dealing with Tailormade moves, can’t fault anyone who I dealt with.

Keeping clients fully informed at all times regarding viewings and updates.
Thanks to Louise and the team

The team at TMM are all great, good regular communication over the 4 years of rental I was with them (June 22-June 26) and any issues were dealt with efficiently.

Recently, I managed to purchase one of their properties which became available and again, it was smooth and as expected with regular communication allowing a seamless transfer from rental exit to purchase entry date.

Rachel and Innes in the rental team and Travis for house purchase are all worthy of positive mentions.

The broker was very cooperative while showing the property and in conversations after the viewing too.

Rachel was on top of things all the way through. Always quick with communication and kept things simple.

I called a few companies before Taliormade moves, but on contacting them, I knew they were the company for me. Katherine gave me confidence in all that they were going to offer me, and this was the case. I was so delighted that the first viewer put an offer in, and everything was completed quickly and professionally.
Thanks again to Katherine and the team.

I was very happy with the service I received from them , I was kept updated through every stage from house going up for sale till it sold , I would recommend using them to sell your house

This is my 2nd house sold by Tailormade moves this year and both in under a week. Service is second to none so they will always be my go to estate agent.

The communications to me was so clear and always timely.

Was a great experience and they help you out with everything

Myself and my Partner have just bought our first home with tailor made moves!
They were very good to deal with and quick to get back to us with any quires!
Our Estate agent Kathrine was very professional and made the whole process stress free and enjoyable. Would highly recommend!

Cannot recommend tailormade moves enough! Katherine made buying our first home easy and stress free.

Travis has been very professional and attentive throughout my buying process. As this is my first property I was unsure of certain things, however Travis put these queries to rest and was very helpful with any questions and information about the property I viewed. He was quick to respond as well as being friendly and polite. The whole process so far has been smooth and straightforward. After speaking with another estate agent who came off pushy and demanding, coming to Tailormade moves was refreshing and calm. I would highly recommend Tailormade moves to others

I cannot recommend Tailormade Moves highly enough. Everyone I dealt with was extremely professional, while also maintaining such a friendly and approachable manner throughout.

A special thank you to Louise, who managed all of our viewings and really helped take that pressure away from me. She was always at the end of the phone, offering advice, reassurance, and support whenever I needed it.

A wonderful company to deal with from start to finish — they truly took the stress out of the whole process for us.

I would definately recommend Tailormademoves from start to finish Louise was so helpful nothing was a bother to her and also Suzy helped us too as we live on Glasgow Louise kept us in the loop at all times thank you again.

Great service from Alison and Rachel, they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the property & that it would meet my expectations before moving into the property.

We have just sold our house and used Travis as our estate agent. Travis provided excellent communication skills that made the selling process easy. Any questions we had,Travis was more than happy to help. Travis’s dedication and commitment to selling our property was unmatched. Travis spent a large amount of time at our property to accommodate a large number of viewings. After each viewing Travis provided feedback through a group chat on WhatsApp so my fiancée(who works offshore) could also be kept up to date on how the viewings were going.
Travis’s videographer Enriko was fantastic and provided a high quality video of our property which even included drone footage. If you are looking for a reliable estate agent look no further!

Travis was very helpful, prompt and got back to me when he said he would. Very efficient and still supporting even after settlement.
