i went to the dealer in desperation, as im fed up of taking my car to garages who simply are not good enough, going to the dealer is a bit more expensive but i would rather pay more and know my car is in good hands and any work comes with guarantees. the only problem when i go to the dealer is i want to buy a new car! as far as possible i will take my car here and be happy a quality service or repair is being done.

Friendly staff and great service
Friendly staff, nice waiting area with plentiful supplies of tea and biscuits. Car was done quickly and included the recall for the starter motor which I wasn’t expecting. Great service.

Very disappointing experience at BMW Sytner.
This was my second appointment for my BMW 730d to replace stereo speakers and front wiper blades. During the first visit, the car was kept for a full day and then returned without any work done due to parts not being available.
On the second visit, after another full day at the dealership, the quality of work was shockingly poor:
The newly installed speakers sound worse than before, producing distorted, blown-out audio even at half volume.
The front wiper blades leave water trails across the windscreen, indicating poor fitting or substandard parts.
For a premium brand like BMW and an authorised dealership charging premium prices, this level of workmanship and quality control is unacceptable. Frankly, a competent local non-BMW technician in Birmingham could have delivered a much better result.
This experience has seriously dented my confidence in BMW Sytner’s attention to detail and aftersales quality. I would not expect this standard of work from a main dealer representing BMW.
