First class customer care.
Fast response, attention to detail in identifying a defect followed up by earnest endeavour to resolve and complete a warranty claim quickly. Megan in particular was instrumental in the effective communication and instrumental in achieving a satisfactory and quick outcome. The only difficulty was the nightmare encountered in finding a ‘way through’ the ridiculous menus, the parrot like repetition and obfuscation of the mechanised telephone answering system.

Chris was very forthcoming and professional. The process he created we experienced as more convenient than what e.g. Volvo offers in this area. He is a strong negotiator but we still ended up fully satisfied with selling our Mini.

5 star Mini experience
From the moment i made my enquiry with Ben at Mini Slough he made everything so clear and uncomplicated.
He gave me all options and was very patient as i tweeked my specs and with the help of Robyn in finance they were able to put together a deal that i wouldnt have though possible.
