As you expect from a main dealer
As you expect from a main dealer, work completed to a good standard as far as I can tell. Review of vehicle condition very thorough and helpful. Complimentary wash etc, thanks for that. I received a good service but fitting costs were high, nearly £200 to fit a light blister on top of the cost for the part itself seems excessive for what was described by the garage themselves as a quick and simple job. The what’s app communication doesn’t work and nobody responds even though the service is offered on all communications and it was difficult to get through to the dealership on the phone. It would have been 5 stars if not for that. I found the staff to be polite, helpful and courteous when in branch, a real strength.

Great experience …
After many years and many cars that have serviced us well from this dealership I didn’t think the experience could get any better and then we had the fortunate luck of meeting with Jayna to purchase our latest vehicles and she made the experience go up a level
With her warmth friendly personality and a wealth of experience working within BMW and Sytner shone through when she found the cars and matched our pricing all while experience was wonderful
Along with the other staff all looking after us in their own rolls it really was 5star treatment

Ewan was great at explaining the benefits of the different options for us around hybrids and electric. Also the difference between the models. The team worked really hard to find a car quickly as my PCP agreement was coming to an end. Also it was to be recognised as a loyal customer supporting the finance team to make the numbers work.

Attentive and professional.
The staff at the dealership are very attentive, as well as professional and friendly. The premises are well stocked, and provided me with a test vehicle immediately. There was no “hard sell”, and it was a pleasure to make a “win win” deal with the sales team. A minor hiccup was dealt with very well, and my overall impression was one of a business that cares about making their customers happy with their purchase.

Overall experience was very good.
The car issue was dealt with promptly and our allocated members of staff was very helpful during the process .
The valet however did let the overall experience down. The main internal areas (front & rear seating) had a very basic valet but the boot hadn’t been done at all and the outside of the car far from perfect.
Follow up call did address this and offer a complimentary valet if I can find the time to ever book it back in.

Bodyshop Bob was great
Bob? From the body shop made the experience great. The greeting and booking in was wonderful. However...
I was disappointed, after my appointment, to find that all my driving settings, sat nav 'previous destinations', radio faves etc had dissappeared. I understand that this did not need to happen...an auxilliary power supply could have been used, whilst a new alternator was fitted ?!! If this is not the case, then prior warning would have been nice. I just want to add that there are reasons i do not bring my car back to a main dealer, it was Sandal, now Sytner, and those reasons began amassing from the date of purchasing this vehicle...all of those reasons have been mentioned previously (without acknowledgement from anyone)... Bob saved you from a 3 star or even a 2 star review. Thank you

We purchased a new vehicle for a Surprise Birthday present
We purchased a new vehicle for a special "surprise" birthday present. Rebecca @ Sytner Sheffield and her colleagues could not do enough for us during the whole process from test drive through to the purchase and even better went out of her way to keep this a surprise from my better half right until the point of the car reveal in the delivery bay!
The whole buying process was smooth, Rebecca was available to answer any queries and kept me fully up to date on the delivery of the car and would not hesitate to recommend Rebecca and Sytner BMW Sheffield.
We are still to use and experience the aftersales services on offer, but if the buying process was anything to go by, then I trust the aftersales will also be a smooth and a professional experince.
