Niamh is nice and patient in answering my additional questions through WhatsApp and go through things in detail when I dropped in the car and collected it.

There was an error made on the price quoted when booking - I was informed of this only when dropping off the vehicle for its service. The increase was substantial. It came with an apology for the original quote error, but nothing else. Work carried out satisfactorily I believe, although the health check video was not sent until three days after it was carried out. Service reception staff member was pleasant and apologetic but not a great experience overall.

Sales department was a bit dissapointing as I was interested in upgrading my car and the sales person Fin was very judgemental,kept telling me the car was out of my budget where as he had no idea how much and hw far I could stretch my budget and kept dismissing the question I was asking abt the m3 and m2. Where as he was more concerned about selling me a brand new vehicle and did not entertain the idea of how he could come up with figures on cars I was asking about.
I have since contacted another Bmw in the country to take my buisness over there.

Never felt he was pushing the product but assisted me in making an informed choice .

Dan from sales was so helpful, friendly and professional, took the time to answer all my questions and made the whole process of buying my car so easy and stress free. The dealer contacted me to replace my rear brake pads…. Gave me a competitive price matching independent garages… booked me in and sent me a reminder for my booking a day before… received an excellent service from the girls at reception who directed me to the service department… Katie and Hayley really made my experience at the dealership really wonderful… and a special mention to the lady at the front counter who every now and then came to ask when I was waiting in the waiting area if I needed a drink.. biscuits etc… little things like this go a long way in appreciation… well done

Great customer service from Richard at BMW Sytner Nottingham this week when taking M3 comp in for mot/service. He was polite, friendly and helpful and vehicle was returned on time in perfect condition.
