In the past I’ve not been impressed…
In the past I’ve not been impressed with your staff. They want you in and out don’t care and think you get in the way .
This time the man I spoke to on the phone and especially the 2 ladies I had contact with in person were fantastic as well as the mot I had a problem with pairing my phone the lady sorted it immediately top marks .
If I can deal with these people again I’d be very happy!
Oh and by the way your phone system stinks

As a driving instructor I have spent…
As a driving instructor I have spent £500,000 at Sytner Nottingham over the last 25 years .
Recently the driver seat broke and we were told the part was obsolete on our 2 year old. After many conversations we complained to BMW finance and they admitted the part was incorrectly ordered on multiple occasions. We were then asked to bring the vehicle in to check what parts were needed and we declined as they have seen the vehicle several times over the last 9 months . We were told my BMW finance that our complaint would be escalated and compensation would be given.
We then decided to sell the car and reduced the price due to the broken seat. We informed bmw who said the service manager at Sytner Nottingham again wanted to see the car which was now sold . Their final response said . No compensation and no further action as we no longer owned the vehicle.
We have noticed a steady decline in the customer service from Sytner since Covid and after buying 23 cars we will not be returning

Trying to book the car in for a service was an absolute joke, we had to ring through as an urgent call to be able to hook the car in for a service as waiting from Tuesday to Thursday on WhatsApp & AI was a no go - bring back good old telephone appointments

Top class service Sytner-Nottingham
Buying a new car recently from Sytner-Nottingham has been one of the best car experiences I have had. All the staff from the receptionists to senior management were excellent. The salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable about the cars and guided me through the process from start to finish. I came away with a beautiful car and a high degree of satisfaction. Would definitely recommend them and will be back when I need a new car in the future.

Rear bumper was misaligned to the rear…
Rear bumper was misaligned to the rear quarter panel. The manager, could not see what the issue was despite the bumper edger sticking out and he was trying to thump it back in. The gap between the tail lights and bumper was greater on one side. Refused to fix as he said he does not know how to fix it. His excuse was that the car was aged. There was no customer service delivered, very cold and blunt.
Had a similar issue with another car at another garage, they were able to fix straightaway. Very poor standards shown by sytner.
