Great customer service
Great customer service, I was met as soon as I had parked the car. Offered coffee, my dog was offered treats - which he loved! Then an easy wait whilst the car was being mot'd. All the staff were helpful and polite

Had to rely on bus to get home and back. When I left had to walk home 2 miles as no bus coming. Again, when I went to collect the car, again I had to walk all the way. The following day, trying to stand up caused pins and needles 10-fold. Showroom experience was good as usual but lack of transport dampened my experience.

I arrived at 10,50 for my 11 0,clock appointment, was booked in, and at 11,30 i was still waiting for my Range Rover to be Taken, if it had not been for the lovely lady making the drinks, i wonder how long i would have been there. i also requested a quote for one of my wheels had a scuff and wanted a quote, this did not happen, and my vehicle did not have the complimentary wash and Vac. Was very disappointed, as this is not the level i expect. Once again thank you to the lovely Lady that makes the drinks, she was a star, and makes great Latte

We purchased a new Evoque from Sytner Maidstone , the experience was second to none from being met at reception to the final day of collection. Daniel our sales executive was completely understanding of our needs, and guided us through the process with no pressure put upon us . On the day of collection his hand over was seamless and expertly executed , answering any question that we had. 100% satisfied and will definitely be returning in the future. Must also give a big thanks to Michael on reception for his witty banter and knowledge. He also makes a wicked latte.

Sytner JLR Maidstone - Friendly, helpful and informative
Sytner JLR Maidstone made me feel very welcome on my recent visit to their branch. I have recently acquired a new to me Jaguar, having previously owned one around 6 years ago. Their staff were professional, and ensured I was kept well informed with the progress of my vehicle through their service centre. They also undertook a health check of the vehicle whilst it was in their care to give me piece of mind on the vehicle. Claire was very helpful, and also assisted with other queries I had that the vehicle was not booked in for. The customer area was very clean and comfortable and allowed me to put my time to good use replying to some emails while the vehicle was being seen to. I will definitely be using Sytner Maidstone next time my vehicle is due a service.

Comprehensive Testing
Although I was without the car for almost 6 weeks whilst testing and repairs were completed, communications was generally very good with regular progress updates. Once it became clear that the fault on the car was not going to be rectified quickly, it was difficult to get agreement to provide a courtesy car but this was done successfully after a few phone discussions on a Friday afternoon. The service staff were always friendly and professional and I have a high level of confidence that the problem with my vehicle has been successfully resolved.
