Molly was great!
My first visit yesterday to use your service offering. My wait was considerably longer than expected or quoted for just an oil service. I confess to becoming a bit frustrated at the wait which was 2 hrs in excess of your estimation. I sat there for ages! A lovely young lady called Molly McGregor was the only person seemingly to pick up on the fact I’d been sat there for hours and came over and looked after me impeccably. Thank you Molly! I had my Land Rover serviced while I waited. Bo the service adviser kept me fully up to date and was very helpful and efficient, she even offered me breakfast . The cost of the service was more reasonable than expected.

My LR was called in for a full day…
My LR was called in for a full day service recall but the first appointment was cancelled as the required parts were not available.
When I arrived for the rearranged appointment a month later there were no available courtesy cars. I then had to call a neighbour to pick me up.
Otherwise everything was ok.

Excellence at Sytner Knutsford
I have always found Sytner Knutsford an excellent dealership and returned to trade-in my Evoque for a newer model. Unfortunately, Craig the outstanding representative I'd dealt with previously, was on holiday.
However, Heather took over and proved to be just as good! She was friendly, patient and professional and navigated a good deal for me.
Both she and Craig are excellent adverts for Sytner at Knutsford!
Everyone I dealt with or met was friendly. And the coffee was good too!
