The Staff were were very professional and helpful. A good experience with no problems at all.

They were friendly , approachable , and helpful to us. One person who was standout was Siva . He was so patience and even though he was new to the industry , he has an info regarding services . And we had the approval Rachel assisted us and she was lovely , friendly too . By the time we nearly finish the paper works , Michael gave us a call to welcome us until we finally get the car that i am dreaming of. Michael was friendly , approachable and very helpful . He was very confident in his work . So we were very grateful to say thank you for their services from Sytner Cardiff staffs . Excellence !

Despite having a glitch with the systems when I arrived, the team did everything they could to work around it and get my car booked in quickly. They helped with tyre replacement and sorted out an issue with the booking and authorisation with the lease company. It was efficient and Anne Marie kept me up to date on the progress through out the morning. I had some work calls to do and Anne Marie gave me a quiet workspace to carry on working while my car was being serviced. It helped that my work day was not disturbed and at the same time my car was being sorted so I could drive away care free.

I first contacted the dealership after I noticed the EMS light was staying illuminated I made appointment straight away and the whole process was handled professionally by all those I came in to contact with , please pass on my sincere thanks .

I convinced myself to take my F31 330D M sport xdrive for a full service to Sytner as the cost was reasonable for a main dealer and they use 0-30 Shell oil. I had concerns that they will find a way of loading my bill but I dismissed this and went ahead.
All started well with the safety check, however they recorded the make of the tyres as one side 2 x Bridgestone and the other side 2 x Pirelli. This was wrong, they are all Bridgestone.
After an hour the service customer adviser came out of his office to tell me that while carrying out a brake fluid change, their technician managed to snap off the bleed nipple of one of the brake calipers. Two options was suggested to me: - leave it as it is and only bleed 3 of the brake lines or pay for a new brake caliper and cost of fitting. I asked how much that will cost me and the reply was well over £1000. I was thinking, they broke it so why should a pay. I also commented that I felt the technician should have used release oil and losen/tighten the bleed nipple or failing that use a bit of heat on the caliper.
In the end they agreed to do it at a reduce cost and the work completed by the end of the day. The service adviser arranged of a taxi to take me home, so I don't wast the whole day. I picked up the car at around 1730 the same day and drove it home.
I checked under the bonnet and found the engine cover was lose around the oil filler cap. On further investigation I discovered the front offside rubber mounting point was missing and the front nearside rubber mounting was misaligned. Fortunately I looked down between the radiator and engine and caught between two pipes was the missing rubber mounting point. I replace the two rubber mounting point in their proper positions and refitted the engine cover.
Next morning I started the engine to scan for fault codes. I noticed the brake pedle felt rather spongy so pressed it harder and it almost went to the floor. After repeated pumping of the pedal it finally got better but not perfect. I contact service department, who were very helpful, and they advised me to bring it in immediately. This was a Saturday and they finish work at 1300, however they booked it in, bleed the brakes again, put it on a MOT brake tester and road tested the car.
I drove the car home without issue. I have been advised since, that I should not have payed for the replacement brake caliper as it was under their care and they broke it. I will do some more digging around to see where I stand.
All the staff I met were very polite and helpful and this review should not reflect on them.

My car went in for a mot . It was very easyto book in and the lady on reception was really helpful. My caralso had a complimentary health check and complimentary car wash !! Very pleased with the experience

From booking my appointment to collecting my new (approved used) car, the experience and service was fantastic. Mike was brilliant in understanding what I was looking for and what really mattered to me when finding the right car. Not once did I feel pressured or rushed into making a purchase. My chosen car wasn’t actually at Cardiff and had to be transported, but I was kept up to date at every stage. Mike even stayed late one evening once my car was delivered so that I could see the car and take it for a test drive. Within the week, I was in my new car driving out the dealership. Faultless experience from start to finish and would 100% recommend and go back to Mike for any future sales.

I have no issues with Anne Marie who dealt with me and my wife but the one star review is for the 5 months you had my car waiting for a panoramic roof. It’s not a Bugatti Veyron, it’s a mini and a 5 months wait for parts is rediculuos. The leaking roof was identified during the warranty period but I discovered the part that was replaced was the bit collecting the water and not the cause of the leak. Fancy new dealerships and free coffee do not make up for the failings above. Thank you for the hire car which I returned in the same condition as I received it. Anne Marie told me to return it to Sytner and it was checked over at Sytner. 2 weeks later I get a letter from Enterprise saying 2 small scratches- no further action needed at this stage. I can’t check the hire car because it’s out on hire again- better to advise customers to return car to hire company. My mini was returned in excellent condition- it’s garaged most of the time so can’t say if leaking roof fixed yet- only time will tell. As I said previously - Anne Marie was helpful and I have no issues with her

We always have good service but Alison goes above and beyond to make sure we are happy with everything.

Mini Cooper Electric Test Drive
I turned up late for my appointment, apologised but it was no trouble to the sales team who had the vehicle charged and ready to go. Detailed overview of the cars functions/controls etc and away to go on an unaccompanied drive for an hour. A quality vehicle. Discussed vehicle options/finance and availability etc with no sales pressure. A very pleasant customer experience at Sytner Mini Cardiff.

Visited Sytner mini Cardiff for a brake fluid service on my wife’s car and the whole process from booking to the visit was easy and seamless . I was well looked after at the dealership by friendly and attentive staff. The service was carried out quicker than expected and at a competitive price. Highly recommended

Dropped my car off on 11th May at 9pm, went into Cardiff come back at 2pm and no one had even looked at it and was told they wouldn’t for the rest of the day, took a day off for basically nothing , had to then leave the car there and get a train home , looked at the car the next day diagnosed the issue (which should have been done the day I brought it down) ordered the parts had the car back on Wednesday afternoon (after waiting 30 mins in reception after being told the car was ready to be picked up)

Car returned early, work completed to a great standard, reception team friendly and helpful.
