Very disappointed today with Sytner
Very disappointed today with Sytner, brought a car from what was your willenhall site and a warranty got an issue with the car called your Wolverhampton site 10 times today to speak to them all I got was an automated service and told “ you will get a call back In 45 mins” had one call back that rand twice and then hung up before I had chance to answer very poor after sales service.

Salesman, arrogant or just disrespectful?
I drove through awful weather to get to Sytner Motorrad Wolverhampton this morning to view a C400X scooter that was advertised (at a lower price on Auto trader than in the showroom actually!) I saw the said vehicle and the salesman asked if I was ok and needed any help. I told him right away that the scooter in their showroom had got the wrong tyres on. Immediately he asked where I had got the information from. I told him off the BMW Website, although I don't think he heard me. He then said he questioned the "validity of the information". ( Can I ask what that actually meant? Was he saying that I was lying? ) He then asked if I was interested in the scooter. I said "I was" and went to walk out. As I was leaving he asked why I wasn't interested any more!
I think the situation spoke for itself. Sytner have lost a sale, a customer and any good will (I have bought 3 bikes off them in recent times). Incredible how to self destruct in a few minutes.

Really impressed with the service I received and very fair price wise as well .
The one thing I wasn’t impressed with was waiting a week to be contacted after I placed a message on the answer service because for some reason they will not answer the phone then told someone would call me , they didn’t so I called in person where I spoke to Helen who was exceptionally helpful and got me booked in no problems at all can’t thank her enough .

Great customer experience
My BMW service was easy to book and I was able to have a loan bike overnight as the dealership was a fair distance away. The staff kept me informed and let me know when my bike was ready to collect.
