Over the weekend I had my car broken into in London, and they made a real mess. I needed a replacement window, a new electric winder mechanism, the whole door repainting and the interior leather on the door card was damaged. I took the car in to Porsche Solihull on Tuesday and had the car back and fully repaired by Friday. The whole team came together to make sure they had all the parts and the paint shop ready to paint the door. They also had a genius guy who repaired the leather saving me over £2k.
Really impressive and responsive performance.

I took my targa into Solihull for its service. Booking was easy and the car was ready when they said it would be. A couple of days later, I noticed the reverse parking sensors weren’t working. They booked it back in and sorted free of charge. Things happen, but it’s how they deal with it, and they dealt with it well. Car feels spot on now. Would happily go back. Special mention to Harry and Maisie from the service team. Thank you.

Excellent Buying Experience
Dealership was easy to find.
Greeted by reception and was provided a very nice, freshly made coffee.
I knew I would need to wait for my sales contact, Nigel Davies, due to his other commitments, but that was fine and gave me time to wander around and look at all the desirable vehicles, new & used.
Nigel was very professional, but at the same time down to earth and welcoming as was every other member of staff I spoke with.
I saw the vehicle before preparation and since my visit, Nigel kept in touch with regular updates and am about to take delivery later this afternoon.

Excellent service from start to finish
We received great service when we bought our Porsche last year, and our recent visit for an update and new tyres was just as good. We were warmly welcomed, offered drinks on arrival and given an excellent courtesy car.
The staff are friendly, helpful and easy to deal with. In 30 years of motoring, this is the best dealership I’ve used.

An exceptional experience from start to finish.
We recently purchased a Porsche Macan and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
From the very first interaction, Nathan was fantastic. He was extremely professional, friendly and welcoming, and took the time to explain everything clearly without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. His approach made the whole experience feel personal and enjoyable.
The ladies at reception were also incredibly polite and welcoming. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, even offering my daughter some Porsche merchandise and a cap, which was such a lovely touch and something she absolutely loved!
We also had the pleasure of having Tom do the masterclass, and he was brilliant. You could genuinely see how passionate and knowledgeable he is about Porsche. He explained everything in a way that was interesting and easy to understand, and his enthusiasm really added to the experience.
Another member of the team who dealt with us throughout the purchase was equally impressive. What stood out most was that they did exactly what they said they would do, right down to the smallest details. For example, we mentioned changing the name on the welcome screen, and even something that small was remembered and taken care of. Those little details really show how much they care about the customer experience.
There was absolutely no pressure or pushy sales approach. When the car we initially wanted wasn’t available, they helped us explore alternatives and ultimately sourced a car from another seller for us. They then went to the effort of making sure the car was absolutely immaculate before we received it.
They also bought our previous car from us and the price was fair, aligned with the market.
And then came the actual handover, which was magical. The car was covered and the team took the cover off for us, creating a real “wow” moment when we saw it for the first time. It made the purchase feel like a special occasion rather than simply collecting a car.
They had also thoughtfully prepared a lovely Porsche gift for us, including a Porsche hot drinks cup and Porsche air freshener, beautifully packaged. These little touches made such a difference and showed genuine thought and attention to detail.
The whole experience felt professional, personal and genuinely customer-focused. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile.
A huge thank you to the whole team — we absolutely love the Macan and would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending you. Five stars are thoroughly deserved!

I booked in for a straightforward MOT and a wish to take out extended warranty. I had an email the day before which gave the wrong appointment time. On the day I arrived 5 minutes early but wasn’t seen until 15 minutes after my booked appointment. I was then advised that it takes 2 hours to perform an MOT which is untrue. The staff were all very polite. I get the impression that I’m fitting in with your needs rather than the dealership putting me first.

V12 Porsche service - incorrect charge
Wife took my car in for its major service last Tuesday. Collected it on Wednesday as planned. No issues highlighted. And invoice was less than originally estimated so wife paid. But as the cost was close and some of the work wasn’t required I checked the invoice.
On a closer look it had additional items on the invoice that would not have been required. Such as 12 spark plugs, additional key batteries etc. On calling the centre we were asked if the cayenne was a V12. After confirming to them that Porsche don’t make a V12 and the car is only a V6 they promised to investigate and call back. No call. Tried again on the next few days and finally got confirmation on Saturday that it was being sorted and a new invoice was then sent through. (Even that was an issue as it took 3 attempts to get my email address corrected. Why it had changed from May when it had an oil change I don’t know).
Almost a week later I am still awaiting return of £200 plus refund and the second battery for the spare key that was also charged for. This was being put in the post.
The service and attention to detail is shocking when compared to other Porsche centres or independent specialists. Especially when considering the premium rates charged.
Many thanks for responding, however it would have been nicer if someone would call me and let me know when the refund will be done and the battery will posted as promised ?
