I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience at Porsche Centre.
I have to admit, I felt quite apprehensive walking in initially. I wasn’t buying a brand-new £130k Porsche and wondered whether I might feel out of place looking at a used car. I couldn’t have been more wrong.
From the moment I arrived, Chloe at reception was incredibly welcoming and friendly, and then Alexander in sales was absolutely brilliant. He listened carefully to everything I was looking for, answered all my questions and never once made me feel pressured. He even showed me a car that had only just arrived and hadn’t yet been prepared, but thought it might be perfect for me — and he was right!
The whole test-drive experience was fantastic. Alexander made me feel completely at ease, took me somewhere quiet so I could properly enjoy driving the car, and was incredibly encouraging throughout. Everyone I dealt with, including Ray and the management team, was friendly, approachable and genuinely interested in making sure I was comfortable and looked after.
Even after I decided to buy the car, the service continued to be exceptional. They were completely supportive of me arranging an independent AA inspection and kept in touch throughout the process. And the collection day was something I’ll never forget — Alexander had the car covered for a proper reveal, took photos and a video, and made the whole experience feel really special.
I went in expecting to feel like I didn’t belong, and instead I came away feeling genuinely valued and incredibly excited to become a Porsche owner.
A huge thank you to Chloe, Alexander, Ray and everyone at Porsche Centre. You made the whole experience far better than I ever expected.

A five-hour journey to Porsche Centre Glasgow is never something I think twice about—it is always worth every mile. Having been a customer for more than three years, I can say with complete confidence that the experience, professionalism, and genuine care I receive from the team are second to none.
What stands out most is the welcoming and down-to-earth atmosphere that has been consistently present throughout every visit. Toni was first class. Initially we were expecting the worst with a lengthly lead time on parts of up to 3 months. Was amazed when we got a call within a week to say parts were here and the work was done. Toni communication throughout was amazing. Thanks to the workshop also.

The experience was as I would expect…
The experience was as I would expect from the Porsche Brand. The service element of my booking was cancelled whilst I was en route to the Dealership due to there being no PDK Oil being available for my car, although the MOT could still be carried out!! This was despite my car having been booked in on the 18th April (3.5 Months ago). Booking with Sytner Porsche Glasgow was necessitated due to my MOT being due whilst I am in Scotland and couldn’t wait until my return home to Berkshire. On my arrival I was advised that a cancellation had been received from another customer booking which was scheduled for Friday 31st July and the PDK Oil allocated to that vehicle could now be used for mine, I find this to be very odd on the basis that I must assume that this vehicle had been booked in over 4 months ago!
Ryan Charlton profusely apologised saying that he and his colleague had been on holiday last week causing the lack of communication until the very last moment. Having said all of this I am otherwise pleased with the service and the courtesy extended by Porsche Glasgow.
