Excellent service!!
Made an appointment for the service inspection of my Levante and all went more than smooth. Appointment within two weeks, courtesy car offered (even had a reminder call few days before from Ayden)
Car was ready in no time, washed, cleaned and good to go in the time I’ve walked from the garage to Windsor Castle and back!
Staff is very friendly & helpful, nothing too much!
In the past had a Maserati from one of their biggest competitor and absolutely no comparison!
Maranello, you’ve got yourself a customer for life, thank you guys so much!

Booked the car in for its routine 7 year service and warranty extension, and given the price of the extended warranty.
Received a phone call arranging delivery and to pay for the extended warranty which was different from the original price at the beginning but this was rectified.
When transport was booked it was agreed a phoned call 15 – 30mins prior to the car being delivered on a transporter and informed it would be from a mobile number of the transport driver. Received a call that I missed but no message or voicemail, ring this missed call back after 10mins and no answer so not knowing if this was transportation or not. Towards the end of the day ring the dealership asking if the car is being delivered – get informed car couldn’t be delivered as no answer from me!!! So they took the vehicle back ???
Rearranged delivery again only when the car was delivered it came back with an extra 19miles and low fuel reserve and the aircon not working at all so the vehicle goes back and was told this was the first thing they check and the mileage is needed to do the warranty works?
Received the vehicle back a week later and the aircon still not working !!! what a waste of time and was the car actually fully checked and serviced, as a customer think not especially receiving a car with the extra mileage??

The service was courteous and efficient and at all times I was kept appraised of the progress of my car's service.

Dealt with Antony Clark for the service of my F12, as always he was utterly professional and courteous. He is always a pleasure to deal with, will see you next tome for my service

I am extremely satisfied with the service I have received when getting the 2nd service on my 488. I was kept informed of all the details and everything was no trouble and very flexible to suit my requirements. A particular mention for Antony Clark, service advisor. He looked after everything for me from start to finish. Also Keith Tomasso the Technician whom I understand serviced my car and did a short video which I asked for.
