I first met Ray 4 years ago in connection with the possibility of purchasing a Levante, and had a test drive. As circumstances changed, I finally seriously considered a change this month, June 2021, and again made contact with Ray. We had another test drive and I decided to purchase a Levante. Ray was excellent to deal with, was not high pressure and the delivery process was carried out and completed in a very professional way.

We found the whole experience a refreshing change from other similar Car Dealerships. Being some distance from a Maserati Dealership I had concerns about living with any purchase but these fears were allayed after an initial conversation with the Service Dept & then subsequently the Sales Team. We thought that the Sales approach was friendly, frank & honest without any pretentious overtones. Our thanks to Adrian & Paul in Sales for the service we received with their time & effort in guiding us throughout the purchase.

Excellent service from the minute I contacted the garage till the final pick up and even after. Adrian went absolutely the extra mile as I went to look for a Levante and wanted to trade in my absolutely fantastic Ghibli.

Lisa the Sales Specialist, was very knowledgeable about the car l wanted. She gave me all the relevant information and after my decision was made, found an exact fit for my needs. On the day of purchase, everyone at the showroom was very kind and patient, answering all my technical questions as though they were trained mechanics! All in all, a fantastic experience!

Mark sold me a Lavante. I have had my eye on this car for about 3 years. It is just what I wanted and outbeats my expectation as a car - could not be prouder to own her.

Post retirement, having enjoyed premium company cars (usually German!) for more years than I care to remember, this was my first experience with Maserati. The Maranello team, with Mark Parsons on 'point' as sales lead, where always very professional, attentive, understanding and fun to deal with.
