First experience with Graypaul Ferrari Nottingham.
In the process of buying my first Ferrari from a third party seller, the services team really looked after me as part of a pre-warranty vehicle inspection, providing much advice, answering all my questions and with a great deal of patience towards me. Rachel in particular was extremely professional to deal with, very transparent and honest about the results of an annual service and resulting advisories. Rachel even arranged for me to have a telephone conversation with Andy who worked on the car and who, having accumulated years of Ferrari experience, shared some of his insider knowledge and advice with me following the compression test and inspection. Really looking forward to being a Ferrari customer as a result of my interaction with Rachel and her team. Well Done !

Collection,Service and MOT.
I was contacted by Graypaul's Service Team several weeks before my car was due an annual service and MOT to agree a date which included their collection of the car. With good communication throughout the whole process was hassle free and the work I required was done well and the car returned to me on time and in top condition.

Would recommend to anyone looking for a Ferrari (new or old)
Purchased my first Ferrari via Graypaul Nottingham and had nothing but a great experience.
Both Neil and Jonathan assisted me with all and any questions I had prior (and also after) I now have my Ferrari 458, it's much appreciated.

I had a problem with my Ferrari Pista
I had a problem with my Ferrari Pista. Graypaul collected it within 2 hours of it breaking down after it developed a sensor fault and swiftly rectified the fault. Rachel was fabulous coordinating the repair and the safe return of my car back into my garage via their own covered transporter. Tim delivered it back to me today and was extremely courteous and helpful. Overall the whole process was seamless and stress free, so thank you Rachel for making it so simple.

The service team are first class, from car pick up to communication throughout. They even waived labour fees when I made a mistake with the online sign off of required work. Rachel led this and is worthy of specific mention for her customer-first focus.
