Graypaul Nottingham recently carried out a service on my Ferrrari. The complete process was efficiently carried out from booking to collecting the car. All the staff were pleasant to deal with and a special mention to Amy who dealt with the arrival and collection.First rate service as usual, many thanks to all the team at Nottingham.

As ever, pleased with my service at Greypaul Nottingham. My service took around half a day and they gave me a lovely air-conditioned office to work from and made me lots of cups of tea/coffee. Price was good and I was very impressed with the very high level of service I received. Always a pleasure, never a chore to get my car serviced here.

It was a long service and quite expensive, but the parts involved caused this. There were a few delays, but the courtesy car meant it wasn’t an issue.

I was massively impressed with the experience I received when booking my new car in for an annual service. The staff were extremely helpful, supplied a solid quote and arranged a date that fitted my diary. Customer service in the branch was outstanding and friendly and the surroundings in the waiting area very comfortable, I had travelled 2 hrs not get there so had to stay while the service was being done and was looked after throughout my stay. I am glad I chose Gray|paul Nottingham and will definitely be using them again in the future.

It has completely put me off owning a Maserati ever again !
I feel there are no more decent mechanics these days only technicians who are all brain washed into the no common sense way of dealing with issues !
Also same for the service department all just brain washed into a scripted outlook I’m afraid.
Also the cost factor which is ridiculous on a more than average priced vehicle

The experience from booking to collecting the car was first class - probably the best in 40plus years of driving.
The car had been fully valeted inside and out rather than the usual”cat lick” or not at all.
Service adviser(Amy) could not have been more accomodating and a pleasure to deal with
Highly recommended.

I have had several problems.
1- initially they identified problems and I agreed with all the suggestions to be mechanically to be corrected
2- then I was told when I took for bolts and nuts of the wheel to be changed and have MOT several other things they said needing to be changed
3- I picked the car up on the 20.12.24 and I wanted to drive home no petrol in the car and after 3 minutes the red car engine light came on I turned around and went to the garage they tested the car and said that the oxygen flow system front and back needing to be changed
It is beggars belief that this was not picked out during massive over-whole servicing changing parts neither on MOT I have spent thousands
Still the car in the garage they know I have severe mental health problem and have physical problems I felt really let down I feel extremely unhappy however the final person a nice lady has promised me that she will make sure everything will be absolutely correct when I pick up the car.
By the way the steering wheel disc was changed and using the steering is making noise it did not feel that real professionals have dealt with my car I am extremely badly let down
