Avoid Audi Derby like the plague all
Avoid Audi Derby like the plague all. Just had my A5 serviced which ended up costing me over £700! No transparency in pricing , constant high pressure up selling all the time, ultra confusing list of services. Went in for what I thought was a 20k service at £340 but turned out that was the cost just for an oil change! Never going again and never buying an Audi again. I’ve met double glazing salesmen with fewer sharp practices!

worst car service in 40 years
worst car service in 40 years. No oil and filter change. When I called about it, they lied that it wasn't necessary, and then called in 3 weeks to schedule another oil change. As a disabled person, I waited all day twice to pick up my car even though they didn't do anything to it. Yesterday I dropped off my car at 9:00 a.m. and it stayed there until 5:30 p.m., when the lady came and said with a smile that I, a person with mobility difficulties, should either leave my car with them until the next day or go to another service center to have the tires replaced because they don't have time anymore. At the same time, they were serving private clients all day long without any concern for me. Complete lack of professionalism and simple human kindness.

First class service
Harry was very welcoming and kept me fully informed throughout my journey at this dealer, car was cleaned and the MOT included a complimentary health check on the car which was very useful , first time here and very happy to return , just need a bigger car park as i struggled to find a space.

By the time I left, I wasn’t just considering the car… I was genuinely excited by the thought of owning it.
After visiting other garages, one thing became crystal clear: the level of trust, care, and professionalism at Derby Audi was unmatched. When you’re investing £40,000, you want more than just a car—you want complete confidence that you’ll be looked after long after you drive away. That’s exactly what Harry delivered.
And when Harry wasn’t available, Alex Burkinshaw stepped in seamlessly—and that’s where the experience went from outstanding to truly exceptional.
When an EML light appeared, I had immediate support. Staff member gave me a lift home
I came for routine service but was found to have 2 tyres with deep cuts. I couldn't wait to have new tyres fitted as needed to be elsewhere, so a member of staff gave me a lift home where I had access to another car and I collected the car the next day with new tyres fitted.

Looking to buy a new car and…
I am looking to buy a brand new car and went on to the Sytner Audi local website to see what stock of new cars they had in stock to go and look at. Unfortuetly there absolute eubish web site cant show you there stock and if you try to find a certain model it doesnt let you find a new car only used . I think this is a ploy by the comoany to get you to call them so they have your details to pressure sell you a car.
I will look for a reputable Audi dealership that has a website that you can use...
