I have been using Switch Health for many years, the last few years I have had the pleasure of dealing with Callum who has been nothing but helpful. Elaine Morgan dealt with my enquiry over the past two years. With my renewal we changed medical insurance companies so that most / all of my medical requests are met. There was a discussion on what conditions will be excluded. Why have medical insurance when there are exclusions? Elaine found the right company for me and I hope I will remain with Axa. I wish to add during the first year I used April International. When I considered renewing with them they had a very lengthy admission form. With Axa there was no form to complete. That was another advantage of Axa.
