A company that reassuringly looks after your needs and requirements. 
Following a search online, I spotted this company and decided to make a phone call, thankfully it was not a case of having to complete an initial online request for more information.
Direct contact with the company was very much valued. Stuart attended my call and took time to carefully explain about the type of Services provided and then followed on by explaining the step-by-step process of obtaining a quote.
After  taking my details and also noting my personal requirements and also limitations, he explained that he would submit a search and get back in touch with me within a stated time with the best product at my price point. He stated that I would receive a quote via email and then subsequently a follow-up phone call after a 48 hour period. There was absolutely no pressure of any kind of Sales or rush to make an on the spot decision.
As stated in the telephone conversation, I did receive an email the following day and subsequently a phone call 48 hours later.
Looking over the email and contents of the quote, this allowed me to take in the information and make notes of questions on some of the stated conditions of treatment. Speaking to Stuart about these, he was able to provide concise information and also provide reassurance of expected medical cover.
In summary, I was able to make a Qualified decision in my own time and proceed with the medical cover for myself and my family.
