I am appalled by the complete lack of empathy and basic support from swift cover Company . Unless you are in a major accident, they refuse to help you at all. When left stranded, their official response was callously telling me to use public transport or "beg" friends and family for help getting a vehicle.
They do not care about families or real-life situations—only their bottom line. A terrible company with unacceptable customer care. Avoid them at all costs.
A quick tip: If your policy actually includes breakdown cover, courtesy car options, or transport assistance, you can also lodge a formal complaint directly with their management or Ombudsman to hold them accountable.

Sudden scam calls suspiciously after a claim
I had a minor car accident, everything was fine until I got a sudden amount of scam calls (at least once a day for the past 2 weeks) from very confident scammers about insurance as my claim was going ahead. I am 99% sure my information was sold by swift cover or one of the other companies they use. I spoke to them about it and they deny everything because “we do not sell data on to third parties”. Once my policy ends I will be moving to a different insurance company who hopefully will keep my data safe

I wasn’t sure how to keep and transfer my insurance when buying a new car. Once I got through to an advisor (not easy when you are on a solely online policy), I wasn’t given the easy solution and she was very warm and helpful. The new price was very reasonable compared to quotes from scratch. I made the transfer from the garage as I actually purchased the new car. It was very easy to do and my new car was insured in a jiffy! Very pleased.

To put it in nutshell
To put it in nutshell, The company swiftcover is not like the name sake.
It's a slow, laborious, wait online to just get my policy to download on my phone.When I tried to enter my pass code to go further with the process of retrieving my policy. The site said sorry please try later.
I got through again just to find there are 2 different choices for service to talk to, Vans and cars. Eventually the phone someone in that department kept ringing and auto recording said 35 minutes to wait .I just hung up the phone and thought blow this .They can contact me with my policy when I arrives in the post.But if I get a pull from the police I've got no paperwork or download to show.i paid £ 376.for this awful service. Ever time I've spoken to a person from swift cover I've had a great experience! Where I feel the problem lies is the initial contact with the company, there doesn't seem to be the relevant category for which I wanted.. a direct number to inquire would be very beneficial in my opinion. Still the operative on both occasions are extremely helpful..

STAY AWAY FROM THEM AND THIER STUPID SYSTEMS
I would give them minus stars if I could!!!
I must of asked them 10 times to please put the business milage on my certificate as I cant do it for myself.
Instead they keep referring me to what already written on it.
this is causing me extreme problems but i would be willing to bet good money that the next person who contacts me refers me to section 6 yet again!!!!!

Therefore, your Certificate won't specify this, only that Social and Business Use is included.
