The guy on the phone was very helpfull and supportive, however the process to contact Swiftcover was abysmal and the fact Swiftcover were not prepared to cover my new car was very disapointing.
I have now obtained cover elsewhere.

Policyholders can chat to us via the Live Chat process in their online account, email us at help@swiftcover.com or call our Help Team on 0330 024 6394. Our opening hours are Mon to Fri 8am to 8pm, Sat 9am to 5pm. Bank Holiday opening times vary.
Advising generally, we're not able to insure all makes and models of cars. Whenever you look to make a change to your policy a new risk assessment is conducted and this is evaluated. This doesn't mean you won't be able to find cover elsewhere, though, as different insurers have different criteria for what they're able to cover and for what price.
So we can advise specifically on the above, I've sent an email to you now.
