Can't access my account
Purchased car insurance two days ago and today I wanted to access my account. However, the email which was sent to me to do this didn't have the link I needed. I ended up trying to get codes via SMS but the messages didn't arrive. Have had to send a message to the service but I wont find out until tomorrow if they can help me. Not the best start.

I was changing my car for a newer one
I was changing my car for a newer one. I was unable to find a phone number anywhere on the documents I had on my phone. Eventually with my wife's help one was found and the necessary changes were made, but a frustrating and time wasting time was had trying to find a phone number.

Dreadful problems trying to accept and…
Dreadful problems trying to accept and pay for insurance quote. System would not proceed to next step, kept repeating the step just completed.
Finally managed to pay and had email confirming and giving policy number. This followed by message to tell me there appeared to already be an account in my name and date of birth. Asked to reset my password.
Reset not accepted. Finally gave up and am awaiting arrival of documents for poilicy I paid for but am not convinced exists. No telephone number available n which to discuss this huge problem. Not a good
experience at all.
