They do not want aged drivers 75 plus…
Went through the whole car insurance questionnaire and then they decline with no explanation!!
Be aware if you sre age 75 plus they will not insure you and you are wasting your time
They are part of AXA and I believe this group are unwilling to insure aged drivers -so please be aware

however when I tried to check the details the comuter kept sending me to an old car insurance quote. I phoned your help line and the nice lady sorted it out for me.

Temporary repairs
Temporary repairs. Yep that’s right. If you’ve a leaky waste pipe. They’ll send a drainage engineer to tape, yes Tape! Literally use Tape to stop said leak. And it’s up to you when you get a proper plumber out to replace said pipe. Will not be renewing!

The rules around NCD are very difficult…
The rules around NCD are very difficult to understand and despite asking 4 times for an explaination I dont get one just a resend of their wording in bold. The online service does not allow for anywhere near the right level of service and with no ability to speak to a human it is useless. DO NOT USE
