I was unable to amend my car policy on line.I had to resort to speaking to an agent which was easy but cost me a £25 admin fee.

We make sure that it is quite straight forward to manage your policy online. We can also provide steps to help you if needed via email or Live Chat.
I'm afraid the admin fee applies if you call us to make a change that could have been made online.
I understand that this is not ideal, but we do state this in our Policy Wording document.

I changed my car registration to a…
I changed my car registration to a private number plate a few months back. I got a DVLA fine for not having insurance. When I went to check my account, the registration was not updated. It is very difficult to contact them over the phone or email, as you manage your details online. After multiple attempts, I managed to speak to someone and explained the situation, but she flatly refused to help.
