Spacious apartment - great location
Check-in and check-out were very easy. The friendly greeter showed us the apartment. The apartment is spacious, clean and fully equipped. It combines the flair of a traditional Parisian house with modern furniture and style. You like breakfast or sundowner on the balcony, overlooking Boulevard Saint-Germain, only want to go only a few steps to Café Les Deux Magots or less then 10 min. to Ile de la Cité? You want to feel at home in Paris? We can strongly recommend this apartment!

We made a booking on the 10th January for three Sweet Inn apartments in Puerto Banus for my best friend’s hen in September. Everything seemed great, apartments looked stunning and everything went through smoothly. We’d even had contact with Sweet Inn to ensure that hen parties were accepted at their property, which we were assured everything was fine. On the 16th March we received a message from Sweet Inn through booking.com to inform us that due to an end of a tenancy agreement with the landlord the apartments would not be available anymore and they advised us to cancel our reservations. They also told us that booking.com would reach out to help us find alternative accommodation, which never came to fruition. We were very disappointed as we thought we’d found the perfect accommodation for what we were looking for. A couple of days later, as we were searching for new accommodation, we came across the apartments that we had been told to cancel being advertised on booking.com as well as directly on the Sweet Inn site. We decided to try again reserving them free of charge through booking.com in the hope that there had been an error. We then got a message through to proceed with the online check in process of providing guests identification and pre-authorising the security deposit, which we had not been asked for first time round. This seemed promising to us. Again, we’d had contact with the property as one of the guests was waiting on her new passport so couldn’t provide guest ID and we were told that wouldn’t be an issue and can upload that when she gets it as long as the pre-authorisation had been complete. A week after rebooking we received confirmation that all our documents had been verified for the stay. Due to the previous issue we’d experienced I thought I’d just check with Sweet Inn that the same issue wouldn’t reoccur so I messaged their help chat through their app. I asked for some reassurance that the reservation would definitely go ahead. I was told that someone from the property would reach out to me with an update shortly. A couple of days had passed with no update from the property so I went on their chat function again to seek help to which I received a message to which said “As mentioned in my previous message, we won’t be able to host you. Please cancel both reservations on booking.com in order to not be charged on our system. Thank you and sorry for the inconvenience.” I apologised and explained that I had not received any update since I was told that a member of the team would reach out several days before hence why I had enquired again. Now the day after cancelling for the second time, the apartments have reappeared on booking.com and Sweet Inn for our dates. Which asks a few questions, why are Sweet Inn allowing their apartments to be booked when they’re not actually available and how long would Sweet Inn have left it before informing us that are booking wouldn’t go ahead if we hadn’t of reached out to them to check? All in all, our experience with Sweet Inn has been nothing but disappointing.

very, very disappointing. while the apartment is nice and roomy, the hot water is not working and i have been asking for 24 hours to be fixed and no success. the issue is that all communication is over message and no personal dialogue. the apt is Cerisoles 3 apt C. very disappointing

Vakantie weg en geld weg!
Hotel geboekt via booking.com van 21feb tot 25feb! Eenmaal aangekomen in Barcelona moesten wij een borg van €350 betalen die alleen online met de creditcard betaald kon worden anders konden wij niet inchecken. Na een aantal email heen en weer tot de conclusie gekomen dat ze ons niet gaan helpen om te kijken naar een andere mogelijkheid en dus hebben wij direct het vliegtuig weer terug kunnen nemen aangezien we ons geld voor een hotel kwijt waren!! Hotel is alleen maar op geld uit en denk niet aan de persoonlijke situaties en laten je gewoon stikken! Vakantie weg en geld weg kortom bagger bedrijf!!

Séjour à Milan en décembre 2021, très bel appartement en premier impression mais tout ça n’était qu’apparence.
Premier jour : 1 personne sur nous 4 a pu prendre une douche chaude, la deuxième une douche tiède et pour les 2 autres eau glacée. Nous nous plaignons et nous arrivons difficilement à avoir une réponse le lendemain nous disant que l’eau marche grâce à un réservoir et qu’il suffit d’attendre 2 heures pour reprendre une douche.
Deuxième jour : personne n’a eu le privilège d’avoir de l’eau chaude, eau glacée pour nous 4. Nous nous plaignons à nouveau et on nous envoie enfin un « coordinateur » pour nous donner des solutions qui sont les suivantes :
- rester ici et s’acclimater à ce régime tout droit venu de l’Antarctique et être remboursée des frais d’eau à hauteur de 20 euros :)
- changer d’appartement le jour j disponible seulement 1 nuit et en rejoindre un 3ème le lendemain (première nuit allant du 30 au 31 et deuxième nuit allant du 31 au 1er janvier : de quoi bien aborder 2022)
- subir l’eau froide pour une nuit supplémentaires et passer le reste du séjour dans le 3ème appartement.
Nous avons décidé d’opter pour la troisième option… quelle erreur !!!
Nous avons littéralement quitter un 50 m2 pour rejoindre à 4 un studio fait pour 2 personnes dans un immeuble ravagé par les poubelles dans les escaliers, l’urine dans l’ascenseur, les coupures d’électricité et vendu comme ayant vue sur Le Duomo, par chance nous pouvions entrevoir son sommet.
Maintes et maintes plaintes ont été adressées aux interlocuteurs et comme réponse nous avons eu une proposition de remboursement des frais de ménage à hauteur de 80 euros. 20 euros par personne ????? Frais de ménage ??????
Indignés, nous ne sommes en pleine procédure de litige auprès de Airbnb et nous ne nous laisserons pas faire ainsi. Chers voyageurs, croyez en mon expérience, passez votre chemin !!

Une expérience à renouveler
La reeervation s’est bien déroulée, en revanche nous n’avions pas les codes d’ouverture à l’arrivée mais en un appel on nous les a transmis. L’appartement était bien situé, grand et propre. Une déco soignée. En revanche, il manque un peu d’équipement pour la cuisine (vaisselle et ustensiles). La literie est de qualité et c’est très appréciable. L’insonorisation en revanche et moyenne et si votre voisinage est bruyant cela peut être désagréable. Une équipe disponible et qui a assuré la conciergerie avec gentillesse et disponibilité.
Great experience with Sweet Inn
Great experience with Sweet Inn. Easy booking process, digital check-in and checkout with clear instructions and staff always available on the online app to answer questions promptly. The apartment (Duomo View III) was in a great location, exactly as described, extremely clean and everything was in working order. Fully equipped kitchen, good quality bedding, towels, toiletries. The only downside was that there was no facility to store bags after checkout (even though it appeared possible from the website). Otherwise everything was perfect.

Sweet Inn offers professional and high quality services and customer support with well experienced staff. The apartment was exactly as it was described and there were plenty of useful guidelines that make your staying pleasant.
DO NOT BOOK WITH SWEET INN!
We booked a beautiful apartment (through VRBO) in January 2021 for October 2021. 4 days prior to our arrival, we received an email stating that the apartment that we reserved was "under maintenance" and offered us an upgrade. We agreed to the upgrade only to be told 2 days later that the upgraded apt was also "under maintenance" and we were given 4 options to chose from. Our original reservation was for a 3 bedroom 3 bath apartment. 2 of our given options were for 1 bedrooms! Before we could chose, that put us in an apartment that was not even listed as a choice! When we arrived at the apartment, we found NONE of the things we chose the original apartment for. The apartment we chose was bright with lots of seating, had beautiful bathrooms (with bidets), and a big kitchen. The apartment that they forced us into was cold, gets very little natural light, no bidets, and not cleaned properly. The closets have 5 hangers for 3 bedrooms! 1 bedroom has 2 hangers, 1 bedroom has 3 hangers, and 1 bedroom has NONE!! There are broken drawers, half cleaned bathrooms ( hair in sinks and bathtubs), hair all over the sheets and pillows, and no wifi. The heating here is minimal, and there are no extra blankets.
We immediately complained about all of these issues and were given promises to fix them immediately. It took 3 days to get clean sheets ( when I checked the bed after the housekeeper came, there was still hair on the sheets! I have to sleep on the couch!) and 2-1/2 days to get wifi!
After doing some research and reading the reviews (albeit too late) I see that this company has a reputation for switching apartments right before you arrive especiallyif they can rent it out for more. I will be lodging a formal complaint with whatever body governs this type of rental.
I advise anyone who has an upcoming reservation with Sweet Inn to immediately book elsewhere with someone more reputable. This place is a sham!! DO NOT BOOK HERE! YOU WILL REGRET IT!

Muy mal! Reserve para Semana Santa de 2020 en plena pandemia para Roma. Me dieron un vale que ahora no puedo utilizar para la ciudad que tenia reservada porque ya no tienen apartamentos en Roma. Se niegan a devolverme el dinero y cuando lo quiero utilizar en otra ciudad me dicen que no aceptan el vale porque el apartamento lo gestiona un tercero, pero aparece en su pagina! Un desastre.
