Run from this company!!!!!!!

Terrible experience! When we arrived we only had 2 showers and one toilet (said there were two bathrooms). One of the showers didn't turn off once we turned it on. It ran all night. They came the next day and said they fixed it but they didn't. turned it on again the next day and wouldn't stop running again. They came to repair at 1:30 in the morning!!! Oh yeah, the only television didn't work and they said they would replace it once we left. Got a small refund but this company and their customer service is beyond terrible. Run from them!!!

The Wi-Fi is a peice of shit

The Wi-Fi is a peice of shit. We had some guy come fix it while we were gone and nothing changes so we payed extra for some guy to fix the wifi and it didn’t work. So niw im using all my roaming data to write this review. Also the washing machine sounds like a jet engine.

Pas fiable, à fuir!

J'ai eu 2 erreurs de réservation et j'ai été débité 2x à cause d'une erreur du service client. Ils ne sont pas fiables, le service de réservation whatsapp semble fantôme, ne répond pas. A fuir!!

Per quanto mi riguarda, consigliatissimo!

Le recensioni su questa app mi avevano demoralizzato e faccio la mia prima recensione proprio per contestare le precedenti.
Abbiamo prenotato l’appartamento Monumental a Barcellona. Appartamento si affaccia sulla Sagrada Familia, con metro a 4 minuti, fantastico, pulito, camere ordinate e nuove, set per la pulizia della casa e set di benvenuto con bottiglie d’acqua, caffè, tè e altre bevande, tostapane, macchina del caffè, l’appartamento era fornito con ogni elettrodomestico utile, persino un phon professionale.
Contesto chi dice che non rispondono, personalmente sono stata coccolata e servita dall’inizio alla fine, 13 mail di risposta solo per la prenotazione. Durante la permanenza a Barcellona hanno sempre risposto alle domande in chat e nel giro di breve, anche alle due di notte. Staff gentilissimo, sono venuti incontro ad ogni esigenza con celerità e tanta professionalità. 10 e lode.

Absolutely TERRIBLE experience!!

Absolutely TERRIBLE experience!!! DO NOT BOOK with this scam company!!! We arrived and couldn’t even get into the apartment because of a faulty lock. Waited an HOUR for an agent, and guess what? He couldn’t open it either!! No alternative accommodation, no help, NOTHING!!! We were literally left stranded in the middle of Barcelona with TWO YOUNG CHILDREN, no toilet access, and my internet wasn’t working. We had to WALK ALL NIGHT searching for emergency accommodation and only found one at 2 AM!!! And after all this, they LIED about refunding us—STILL NOTHING!!! This company is a COMPLETE SCAM, and the directors should be ASHAMED of the way they treat people. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

SCANDALEUX

Ma pire, expérience niveau location, RBNB, le 7 février 2024: l’appartement qui devait être disponible à partir de 16 heures : je n’ai pu y mettre les pieds qu’à 18h.
Avec leur système de serrure connecter qui a été défaillant : la batterie n’a pas été vérifié: elle était HS !!!! le pire dans tout ça, c’est que j’avais un rendez-vous professionnel à 17h30 que je n’ai pu honorer ! Imaginez mon désespoir, après été 4h de train pour pouvoir venir à Paris.
Après avoir bataillé pendant plusieurs heures avec un service client déplorable (personne ne parle français) ils ont fini par m’envoyer un technicien au bout d’une heure qui est venu m’ouvrir la porte avec une clé.
Un service client qui vous promet un dédommagement à la hauteur du préjudice subi, auquel j’ai demandé un remboursement total pour que je puisse aller ailleurs pendant l’incident pour pouvoir honorer mon rdv: le retour a été :20€ !! Concernant l’appartement : malgré les photos d’un appartement, très lumineux, il s’agit en fait d’un appartement en entre sol au rez-de-chaussée avec une entrée devant les poubelles apparente de l’immeuble : je suppose qu’il s’agit d’un ancien local technique qui était aménagé en appartement.
Il est très mal isolé et vos fenêtres donne sur la rue : donc vous entendez tout: du passant qui marche à la voiture qui passe dans la rue.
La wi-fi est défaillante, la telé HS et une forte odeur de renfermé …
Ce dimanche 9 janvier à 03h46 j’ai dû sortir de l’appartement pour aller voir des personnes qui discutaient devant la fenêtre dans laquelle il mettait des coups de pieds involontairement sans savoir qu’il y avait une habitation derrière.
Je conseille la personne cette location qui a été un véritable enfer pour moi depuis le début.
SWEETIN n’a aucune considération pour le client, et seul le profit compte pour eux, à aucun moment, je n’ai eu de considérations pour cette incident.

Esperienza NI

Pessima esperienza a Bruxelles:
appartamento nettamente diverso dalle foto presenti sul sito. Già dall'ingresso, l'edificio appare un pó fatiscente.
Se non si paga la caparra non si ha il codice di accesso. Gli operatori al telefono hanno comunicato diversi importi di caparra, cambiando quanto pattuito in fase di prenotazione. Riscaldamento non funzionante per i primi due giorni. Il problema è stato successivamente risolto. Stanza piccola, con un "armadio" sufficiente per i vestiti di un neonato.
Prezzo pagato troppo caro rispetto a tutto.
Unico punto a favore è la posizione abbastanza centrale.

Absolute nightmare

Absolute nightmare, avoid at all cost! The owner (agency) doesn’t provide any keys, but only code for the keypad. During the first night the pad stopped working and we were left out for more than 2 hours during the night (cold & dangerous). I can understand that sometimes things stop working, but the way it was managed by customer service it was awful. No answer, no available phone number, just the chat on the app which doesn’t work properly and it’s impossible to communicate. After an hour I managed to get a call insisting and they seemed even upset that I was frustrated and my tone of voice was unhappy. They kept lying about someone who was arriving. I could have done anything else in the meantime but it was always “5 minutes”, “we are checking his live location” etc. etc. None of this is true. Absolute waste of time and lies over lies. We got calls from 2 different people who were very unprofessional and not helpful, and in both cases with an excuse they closed the call. Once this guy arrived after +2 hours, he opened the door and didn’t even want to leave us the keys. We had to insist and in the meantime stopped a police car to explain everything. Holiday ruined completely, and I was so unhappy with the customer service. Asked for a refund but they refused, after insisting they refunded one/fifth of the night rate, which is a tremendous joke. In addition: the apartment was not very clean, blankets smelled bad and one was even cut. In 30 years of traveling I've never encountered something similar. Don’t book with this agency and this place to avoid being in my same situation.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE

The night before our stay we received a message that our original apartment (this listing) was not available! It was late night before our arrival and were given NO information about the new place. At arrival, we were told they had placed us in a comparable apartment and even said it was “an upgrade”. However, it was on the other side of town in the gothic area. This created a lot of problems for our planned trip and created a loss of a lot of money on our end due to all these changes. The area we were sent to was not safe (literally heard a lady yell “THIEF!” and saw her get robbed in front of the apartment), alleys were dark, full of graffiti, smelled like pee, we saw human poop on the ground leaving one morning, the entry to the building had cockroaches, bathroom smelled like poop/sewer all day everyday, shower head was broken, porch door/lock were broken, no A/C units in rooms even though it was advertised that way, loud neighbors all around, crying babies, you can literally hear everything! I could go on and on. I don’t think it was an upgrade and if it was then renter beware! VRBO clearly hasn’t updated our reservation information (possible bait & switch) and refuses to refund us our money. Also, while checking in, we heard the Sweet Inn people checking someone else into our original apartment (this listing). We’ve learned our lesson… NEVER USING VRBO OR SWEET INN AGAIN. If I could give negative amount of stars, we would. But gave 1 because it did have wifi.

This company canceled my Airbnb…

This company canceled my Airbnb reservation just two weeks before my trip, without any notice. I had to scramble to reorganize my bachelorette weekend for 8 people, even though I had booked with them over three months in advance. When I called to explain the situation, they assured me that someone would reach out with an alternative, but no one ever did. Their lack of professionalism is shocking—it seems like they’re only interested in taking your money, with absolutely no regard for good customer service. I would strongly advise against using this company. Such a huge disappointment

I agree with 33 % of the reviewers. Sweett is a SCAM! My friend and I booked 2 months ago for a stay Sept. 2 - Sept. 10 2024, and we have encountered nothing but trouble with their so-called "customer service". So I cancelled my stay there and lost $1,500 CDN!!! Awful! My friend is still going, but if he checks in and the apartment is sub-standard, he will have to book elsewhere. WARNING to all! Do NOT book with Sweett (formerly Sweett Inn)!

A éviter…

Alors si vous souhaitez voyager éviter cette conciergerie... chaudière en panne, clim sans télécommande, propreté limite, photos alléchantes mais quand vous arrivez c est la douche froide. Et si vous raler à juste titre. Un bon d achat de 50€ à valloir sur autre séjour. C est des blagueurs.

We are saddened to have paid this amount and not to have been able to enjoy this stay 100%

The apartment in general was good, but we did not have a pleasant stay.

First of all, the bathrooms were very small and low in height, we struggled to relieve ourselves.

The building had a lot of noise from the upper floors and we couldn't rest at times.

Jorge is a scammer

Worse hotel experience I have ever had!
One of us got locked in a room from a dodgy door handle, not hot water one of the days, and the key less entry didnt work the whole stay.
Terrible and rude customer support.
Finally after being forced to email to cancel apartment, Jorge the scammer said he would refund us the remainder of out stay and to check out the next day at the normal time. We did that and he then changes his mind

Assistenza inesistente

Abbiamo affittato un appartamento con sette posti letto a Barcellona per tre notti tramite il loro portale.
Sin da subito appare evidente che parlare con operatore ed avere una risposta chiara è difficile e bisogna attendere parecchio. Arrivati sul posto iniziano i problemi, check-in a mezzanotte, la porta non si apriva difficilissimo riuscire a parlare con qualcuno e ricevere assistenza. Al call center pur avendo un numero italiano parlano solamente inglese. L'appartamento presentava vari piccoli problemi: divano letto con una barra rotta, porta di uno dei bagni che non si chiudeva e qualche volta si bloccava, una delle prese del salotto appena utilizzata mandava in corto tutto l'appartamento, sporcizia su una delle pareti nel salotto. Ho scritto al servizio clienti e solo l'ultimo giorno mentre eravamo fuori casa ci hanno detto che erano venuti a sistemare tutti i problemi.. in realtà tutto era come lo abbiamo lasciato. Tutte le volte che gli scrivi tramite WhatsApp ti rispondono dopo almeno due, tre ore con frasi gentili senza però concretizzare un reale aiuto. Totalmente abbandonati.
Sconsiglio per l'esperienza che ho avuto di rivolgersi a sweetiin sia come oner che come host, rapporto impersonale e distante nell'accogliere i clienti e nel gestirli.
Ovviamente ho tutte le foto a dimostrazione delle condizioni dell'appartamento e le chat con gli operatori salvate.

Si vous souhaitez gâcher votre séjour, et perdre votre argent chez chez eux qu'il faut aller.

Sweet Inn Milan Duomo

Sweet Inn Milan Duomo had no hot water shower on the 3 of the 4 days, they explained that this normal in Europe due to the boiler system although we never had any problem in any other hotels we stayed in Italy and other places in Europe. We were asked to wait at least 30 min in between showers and still no sucess. Really hard when we have early tour schedule and during cold weather.

They also charged us extra E18 after the first payment should already include cleaning and city tax. They explained E18 is cleaning and city tax which is definitely cannot be correct.

Please avoid as there no actual people to deal with, they are just on whatsapp and not very helpful and doesnt take responsibility. They just charged me the unexpected extra E18 on my credit card. Please be careful in booking.

Barcelone : réservation annulée sans prévenir !

Expérience très bizarre avec SweetInn à Barcelone...

J'ai réservé trois semaines à l'avance un séjour de 4 nuits. Le site indique que je ne serai pas débité de suite alors que les 1000€ sont débités instantanément. Je reçois un simple reçu par mail.

5 jours avant mon arrivée, n'ayant pas eu d'autres contacts, je cherche à les joindre pour en savoir plus sur le check-in et les fameuses serrures electroniques.
Ils sont injoignables par tel, au final j'ai des réponses sur Whatsapp, il leur faut environ 30 min pour repondre à un message....

Là ils m'informent que ma reservation a été tout simplement annulée ! Ils ne m'ont jamais prévenu !
30 min plus tard ils m'indiquent me rembourser intégralement par CB. Je reçois une notification de ma banque en ce sens dans la foulée, et 48heures après j'ai effectivement bien reçu mon argent en totalité.

J'ai pu trouver un hébergement ailleurs, heureusement que j'ai cherché à les joindre avant mon arrivée sinon c'était la catastrophe.

Une autre chose louche, ils font en sorte de ne pas apparaitre sur Google Maps et donc Google Avis, du moins sur Barcelone et ce surement pour éviter les avis négatifs que l'on retrouve ici.
Leurs avis booking sont surement tous bidons puisqu'ils sont tous élogieux et comme par hasard de clients provenant des 4 coins du globe.

Bref passez votre chemin ou alors ne réserver jamais directement chez eux
