The team were fantastic, helped make a normally stressful day very relaxed and smooth. We’re happy to redistribute furniture as much as we needed and everyone was super friendly. Highly recommend the team we had… Michael, Steve, Andre, Lee, Lukasz, John, Patrick and Gilly.

I cannot rate this company highly enough. From the initial communication and quote to the step by step guide to help us prepare for the actually moving day. We were moving over 200 miles, so it probably wasn’t the easiest move. But all of the stress was taken out of it for us. The guys who packed and moved us- Steve; Bailey and John- were absolutely brilliant. Nothing was any trouble. They were very professional. Thank you Jamie and team. So after living in our family home for 32 years, moving was a scary prospect but then along came Surrey Home Removals. From the moment they entered the house they were kind, reassuring and professional. Lee went out of his way to settle our nerves and continued to do so throughout the process. The whole team Lucasz, Rafal, Stiv and Liam along with Lee were proactive, helpful and flipping hard workers as we moved in 30+ degrees temperatures and they never stopped. Really really cannot recommend them enough, they took customer service to the next level and we are so glad we chose them

Fantastic company, highly recommend. Easy to arrange quote and payment and very quick at responding via email. Bailey and Lucas arrived on time on move day and were very helpful, friendly, polite and courteous. All items that needed to be dissembled were put together at the other end. Everything was put in the correct room and they asked me to check everything was okay before they left. It's good to know that this kind of care still exists. Thank you :)

A lot of care was taken in prepping our new home to receive our furniture, bringing the items in and ensuring they were placed exactly where we wanted them. We moved homes in Dec 2024.
I chose Surrey Home Removals when compared with two other companies.
All the prices were similar and it came down to the “No overtime facility” which made the difference.
On the day of the move the team were on time and took steps to protect the house with door, floor coverings to ensure of no damage.
Kieran was the team leader who made sure the process went smoothly.
All the team members were very thorough and caring which makes a huge difference when your possessions are being moved.
I would definitely recommend Surrey Home Removals for Peace of mind, cost effectiveness and professionalism.

Fantastic company, would definitely use again. The communication was outstanding throughout and we were really happy with service, both moving out of our old property and into our new one on different days. Care and attention throughout a stressful process, including some late stage amendments and storage following a difficulty in the chain.

Surrey Home Removals came today to move some items between two properties and to take most of the contents of our flat away to store at their storage facility. The two guys who came, Kieran and Robbie, were friendly, efficient, obliging, helpful, resourceful and worked quickly. We highly recommend Surrey Home Removals.

We cannot give Jamie & everyone at Surrey Home Removals enough praise.
They emptied our entire house within half a day & put our belongings into storage & when we were ready to move into our new property (4 months later) a quick call to Jamie to confirm dates & it was all sorted.
The team arrived at 9:15am & we’re done & dusted by 2:30pm.
All our furniture/ beds had been put back together perfectly.
The whole team were super efficient & so friendly & helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them.
Also the whole cost of removals, storage was cheaper than the 3 other quotes we received.
Absolutely first class service & wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

All three were just brilliant, super efficient, super friendly and the move was effortless.

Jamie was extremely helpful from the start. It made such a massive difference with Stuart and Liam packing and unpacking the truck, un and re assembling the furniture. It made the day run so smoothly and minimally stressful - magic!
Very professional and nothing was too much effort.
Also having a quote for the whole job instead of per hour also took away a lot of potential stress with time constraints!

Jamie and the team were fabulous. Jamie kept us informed about the move beforehand and the team on moving day were polite, courteous and patient. Each member of the team worked so hard, despite it being a very hot day.

This company is amazing! From the first face to face visit by Jamie to the wonderful team of gentleman who moved my elderly mother. They were professional, careful and exceeded all expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone with a house move.

Very happy with Surrey Home Removals who provided packing, waste disposal and house removals for me. The pricing process was clear and provided a reasonable fixed price (some other companies' quotes were a little vague regarding potential additional costs). It was a complicated move but Jamie's team dealt with it professionally and were prepared to be flexible when needed. Email responses could be a bit more prompt but Jamie's always available by phone. Overall, highly recommended.
