Really happy with my delivery

Really happy with my delivery. I had a delivery slot, so i had to change my appointmemt time, to be here to accept my delivery, but the time changed again, at the time of delivery to earlier.I tracked them all morning, worried I wouldnt be here, they phoned to say rhey would be here in 20-30 minutes, i explained I had to leave for an appointment, bit they said they would come strsight to my house, Fair play they did a change of their rout, very polite, smiling and very helpful. CANT fault these boys in the way they delt with my situation . They do deserve this review, ive looked for the email of these boys names but cant find them, im sure 1 name was lee.
Very good service.

Good communication

Good communication, kept us informed, gave time slot and Jack and Dai B called 10 mins before arrival. Friendly and put the parcel in garage as requested.

Gazebo

Dai B and Kev delivered my item, they are two of the most friendly and helpful delivery guys that I have met in a long time. Nothing was too much trouble for them and my whippet loved the fuss they made of her, they are an asset to your company.

Had a delivery today

Had a delivery today. Men Dai B and Kev were happy workers smilling first thing in morning thats great. Rung to let me know there were 5 mins away arrived on the time scales. Put item where I requested. Cheerful polite men. Thank you lads

Excellent service

Dai B & Jack were brilliant. We don’t live in the easiest place to access, really hot weather and 2 heavy boxes. They were able to leave the boxes inside where I needed them.
