Good choice of products, good prices, well packaged, good communication - what’s not to like? Plus a lovely email for being a repeat customer. I will be buying again when I’ve scoffed all the delicious goodies I bought this time!

So far I'm very satisfied. They very really quick to answer my question, got a 10 % off code, the website works well, the prices are competitive. I'm still to receive my order but so far all has has gone smoothly.

Placed an order om 8th Feb 2024 for various items totalling over £50. Six days later...I get a notification stating half my order has been refunded, and annoyingly the main item I wanted was refunded... with no explanation, no courtesy phone call, no alternatives nothing? Plus my order is only meant to take 3-5 days to deliver so why am I receiving this email notification on day 6?
Then on the 19th Feb, a full 11 days later my partial order finally arrives.
I won't be using this company again when they cancel the majority of your order without contacting you and it takes nearly 2 weeks to arrive.
