Superfood Market Omdömen 

The range of product they ante offering is excellent but the way they package the items sent is utterly appalling. No point complaining to their customer service as they are unhelpful.
I have tried in the past to no avail.
I recently purchased from them and half of the items are demaged.
I have been using this company for a while but in the last 6/7 months I have had nothing but issues with them

To be able to support family run, small businesses that genuinely care about their customers and that are in this country makes shopping feel wholesome all the way. I’m so happy I found this company

Right after placing the order last week, they sent an email asking for reviews, so voilà.

I’m left with a very dim view of the store, which they could’ve lessened by just emailing or phoning me BEFORE shipping only half my order.

I placed a voluminous, heavy order, & heard nothing for 6 days (that’s not the complaint.)

I received refund & dispatch emails within half an hour of each other. The refund email didn’t actually specify which of my items were missing or why (the email was generic with many potential reasons why part-refunds could happen.) Monetarily, it was nearly half my order.

I would've expected them not to have shipped an order without consulting me before dispatch. That’s what’s really irked me, not that they’re not actually fulfilling it all, but that they just left out so much.

If told before despatch that they weren’t going to complete my whole order, I would have simply asked to cancel the lot. That would have been annoying, but wouldn’t have left me with such a dim view of their attitude & service.

The main reason I used this store was because of knock-down bargain price for the items they claim they couldn't send. I wouldn't have bothered & paid any postage to order just the other items I bought.

So, I tried to call them to say this ASAP. Their phone message repeatedly says 'no customer service advisors available … & you can't leave a message.’

I emailed, but was told it’s too late to cancel, & it’s “just the water” missing. That would be 5 large crates of (bargain-priced, but heavy) 30 bottles each - not just a couple of items.

So… I have to refuse the parcel so it gets returned, or actively send it back myself. Seeing as the postmen always leave parcels in safe-places, I guess it’s the latter.

I make my own muesli and obtaining in bulk the relevant ingredients - jumbo oats, mixed nuts, mixed seeds and dried fruits - is a problem with conventional supermarkets. Superfood Market overcomes that by delivering high quality organic ingredients at a reasonable price and with a minimum of delay. Why would I go elsewhere?

Great products terrible choice of delivery- even if I paid for premium delivery and though that would be DPD as an option for cheaper orders and despite asking not to have things send with Parcel force which has shockingly bad service on our area, still sent via Royal Mail- equally poor service. This company seams a bit too found of the RM rather than customer experience and service. Looking for alternative after last delivery ( after being their customer for 3+ years)

this company always do great, they strive to achieve top service with provision of goods ordered and send out said goods well packed with thought and are always willing and eager to serve their cumtomers with all the products that all the run of the mill supermarkets don't or won't provide SO WELL DONE AS EVER to the Super Superfood Market, my top choice.

I order from Superfood Market quite regularly. They have a good range of dark chocolate, interesting noodles, and good organic dried fruit and nuts. This company are a great option if you want the healthier option.
