I bought a product which according to the product description did not contain wheat. When it arrived I opened it and ate without reading the ingredients which was too small and covered by a sticker. I became ill as I’m celiac. I contacted the company and they really didn’t want to know and just sent a photo of the packet which didn’t draw. They don’t seem to want to take responsibility for their error.

First order with Superfood-Market and a well deserved 5 stars, I will certainly place another order for Biona 100% Pomegranate Juice, excellent customer and delivery service.

Late delivery

Been trying to get crystallised pineapple pieces to eat with my hazelnuts. Finally found them here. This has been a favourite snack for 40 years.

Easy to order, at a competitive price and very quick delivery. Shall definitely be a returning customer - the note of appreciation for my custom from the owners of the company was a nice touch! Would definitely recommend!

I ordered soya milk sweetened with apple juice 4 cartons - they arrived ok a bit battered, but they were not sweetened with apple juice and they had wheat in them. this was all in french - good job i am not allergic

when i queried it as contravening the trade description act i got eventually oh we will send you a return label send them back well i had already opened one. I thought it was me and opened another aside from that the business of sending back cartons of soya milk when it was not my fault was not on why does the punter have to pay the price. I explained it to them and they just did not answer, so i had to pour away the two remaining cartons. Well you might say so..../ but this was all for £12 refund they could have refunded it with out all the bother. Not a nice firm cheap and miserly and I hope they have not continued to advertise this as soya milk with apple juice.
