Very very happy with delivery
Very very happy with delivery. The jacket arrived in super fast time. I live outside a major city with out a super dry store so Decided to order online. The jacket is for a gift so I dare not open it but it looks just fine. I have other super dry jackets and they are all well made and stylish. Could not have received better customer service your warehouse must b super organised to have same day picking and despatch, a big shout out to those guys. Well done.

Returned items took forever
Returned items took forever. I had to do an investigation in order for the refund/exchange to happen. 2XL seems way too small compared to other brands. Designs are great! Material great!

I’ve ordered mainly online and it’s always been fast and reliable. I really like how prompt you are with your confirmation and letting me know when my clothes arrive.
Aside from great service and the best quality clothing. I can source a jumper or top from wherever in the world and you send it to me. Sweet!

Returns in Australia
Superdry quality is great with no doubt. However it would be great if customers can exchange or return the products from a local store in Australia like other online shopping brandings such as Myer and Uniqol and so on. It would be more convenient and handy so customers would be more comfortable to shop online.

I live in the country of NSW in Australia there for I need warm tops in Winter, I have one superdry top that has lasted me 5 years, these are great to wear to bed, around the house and out, I saw your sale and knew I needed a few more tops as winter is coming, so excited that these will get me through another cold winter.
