This company I horrible with payouts this is the second time I am having a issue with them. Second time make withdrawal hmmm?? First withdrawal I made off there welcome promotion eventually got the withdrawal but boy there were hoops. They did not want to pay out the $100 min/max withdrawal. They got off gavey it should've been $1000 they my winnings from $2000 too $100 once the play through went threw with any notification and while in the middle of a game so keep an eye out you winnings when playing through play through because u went from 2000 to 100 played down 50 before I realized what happened. After that played for a while tried to cash out informed of 100min cash out. So my balance went from $2000 to the $100 max withdrawal so cupon should be canceled but I got to get back to $100. After making verification deposit and withdrawal request for the $1000 withdrawal finally approved for $100 and five days later bitcoin deposit hit my crypto wallet. This time very similar but now have deposited a few time taking advantage of the deposit and get 10 days of freespins on the house promotions they offer from time to time idk why almost impossible to make it through the 40x play through may be higher but at min 40x and have a min/max withdrawal of $100. But hahaha nailed it got to cash out and withdrawal denied because consecutive free chips redeemed. WTH wait a min. Umm first of all free chip was free spins. Overall horrible website. I have used tens of casino websites and this finishes at the bottom of the list. After playing with multiple deposits, I had done the math and the RTP (return to player) for my account which was considered VIP level 1, was around 30-40%. This casino deserves 0 stars. They will find any excuse to not pay a player and their rules are so contradictory that they can very easily deny your withdrawal for any reason. their explanations are ridiculous. from approval to draw 10 days through the time frame, and once approved takes 7-10 days for delivery. and the point is they are right CHEATER. so don't expect them to pay, let alone customer service, asking to be respected but their behavior is all very disgusting.

It's a crying shame! I requested a few withdrawals on July 16 and 17th via bitcoin which it said would take up to 5 days to hit my account. It has been 7 days and still nothing. I requested 5 payments of $1,900 total. Now I'm being told it will take 7 to 10 days to approve and another 7 to 10 days to be paid. RIDICULOUS!!! BITCOIN is supposed to be instant. I like the games and site but customer service is a joke.

Edit March 2024: they did end up paying me my wins. It's becoming one of my favorite online places to play at.
