I requested a withdrawal for $1500 on 10/03/25 via Coindraw. I was due to receive the funds on 10/09. I didn’t receive them, so I signed into my account today and the $1500.00 was magically out of the withdrawal status and back onto my playing account. Sunrise decided on 10/09 (the same day I was to get my refund which was verified via chat on 10/08) to downgrade my VIP Status and make me no longer eligible for the fastest withdrawal of Coindraw. Therefore, I’m required to wait another 7 to 10 BUSINESS days for approval and then another 7 to 10 days for my funds to be deposited.

Coindraw was an option when I requested the withdrawal, but the casino decided I hadn’t deposited enough lately to earn the privilege of retaining the fastest withdrawal option (even after it was offered when I requested a refund.) Interestingly enough, they will not allow you to deposit or claim free spins while you have a pending withdrawal, so you get penalized for not depositing or playing even when the casino won’t allow play.
