Sunrise slots sendete mir einen VIP Bonus. Ich habe diesen durchgespielt und hatte anschließend über 500 Dollar Echtgeld gewonnen. Diese wollte ich mir in Bitcoin auszahlen lassen. Ich bekam auch eine Rückmeldung in der mir zu meinem Gewinn gratuliert wurde und es ca 10 Werktage dauern würde, bis die Gutschrift erfolgt (was schon ein Witz ist, da eine Transaktion mit Bitcoin nur ein paar Minuten beansprucht). Ca 3 Tage später wollte ich den Stand der Transaktion nachschauen, kam mit meiner hinterlegten E-Mail-Adresse aber nicht ins Konto. Technische Probleme sachte ich. Zwei Tage später versuchte ich es erneut. Immer noch keine Möglichkeit das Konto zu öffnen. Schließlich wandte ich mich an den Support von inclave. Diese teilten mir mit, dass sunrise slots meinen Account gesperrt hat und keine Erstattungen mehr in mein Land vornehmen würde (ja klar, deshalb haben Sie mir zwei Tage vorher auch den Bonus geschickt). Das ist schon keine Abzocke mehr sondern Betrug. In meinem Land würde das strafrechtlich verfolgt !!! Leute, LASST DIE FINGER WEG VON DIESEN BETRÜGERN !!!!!

They waited 3 days to tell her that she had used one too many promotions and she wasn't getting any of my money when I told them the only time I've ever used. This company is a fraud I won a small amount of money in January of this year and I still haven't been paid. The representatives state I need all of this extra stuff to collect my winnings. Said I need a Fed wire transfer routing number, a swift code, said my account can't be a virtual account even though I told them I have a every day individual senior checking account. I still haven't been paid. I didn't need a Fed wire routing number for them to take my deposit.

If I could give these people negative Stars I would give them as many negative stars as I possibly could. They are scumbag fraudsters. Dirtbag scam artists. If you even get close to winning a bonus feature they will block out the entire screen so that you can't see what the rest of the reels land on so that if you are about to get that third scatter or whatever it's blacked out and they can switch it without you seeing. And if you get lucky enough to actually win a bonus future they will freeze the game and no matter how many times you reloaded or close the tab open a new tab clean your Cache and history relogin into the game again it will just keep happening then when you contact support they will act like they're sorry and unaware and only give you an option to remove the stuck game which also removes the bonus feature that you win or have won. This casino along with all of its partners just like most of all the other online casinos are completely scam artists unethical and they cheat so that you don't win and they don't lose. I advise everyone to steer clear and for God's sake do not give them any of your hard-earned money. Don't deposit a single red cent into this casino nor with any of its affiliates or sister sites.
