They're saying I played multiple chips but at the same time won't tell me what games I played and my wins and losses and the dates that I played the games. I did receive one payout but then scheduled another on Oct. 26 2023. It was approved 11-11-2023. I still dont have it and Im honestly wondering if I ever will get paid. dont play here!

It's as simple as this: I played and won, and initiated a $2500 payout which was approved on October 27, 2023. It is now January 11, 2024. I've sent numerous emails requesting updates, and confirmed my Bitcoin address twice. Everytime I write I am very politely told that it is in process and that (essentially) they have no control over payouts because they use a third party to complete the transactions. If this is true, they should find a new payout provider.

I am new to sunrise so I was playing a little bit. I won a tournament for $250. When I went to withdraw, it stated that I had to deposit $10 first so I did actually I deposited $21 and then it said I was authorized to make my way drop. I went to go make my withdrawal. And not only did I not get my withdrawal. They took my other money too. I do not recommend this site. I cannot believe I won fair and square. And you guys took my money. I played using a bonus sent to me by this casino - I completed the playthrough and asked live chat how to make a withdrawal - they helped me to be sure my id was verified (which was completed) then I was asked to make a verification deposit - which I did - then I requested the withdrawal of my $200 winnings (amount was verified by live chat) and my deposit of $44.73 - for no reason that I was given, my withdrawal was declined and they shut off my access to the casino (so I was told by live chat today)! I have every transcript from my live chat sessions - and I did everything that they told me to do - they refuse to tell me why this is being done and will not even give me back my deposit
So after a long conversation with live chat I was told that this was given to the finance dept. to review and to check back with live chat for the result. I tried to log back in just now (Thurs. 9pm) and the casino has blocked me from even logging in - never returned my deposit and now I am blocked from logging in- so they have effectively stolen $44 of my money with no explanation!
