Really disappointed and concerned that…
Really disappointed and concerned that I'll never recieve the shoes I've ordered nor a refund based on the reviews I have read, I have placed an order with this company previously and was very impressed by the speed of shipment and delivery, this time around not so much, I placed an order, a birthday gift, on the 5th of October, it is now the 26th of October and I have yet to receive the shoes I have paid for, I have contacted Stylefile in regards and they claim to be investigating this for me, this was last Thursday, I'm giving Stylefile until Thursday this week to get back to me about my order, if they haven't responded I will be requesting a full refund, I will update my review with their response so you can judge for yourselves whether it's worth taking the gamble on this company

I ordered a pair of 'classic printed camo crocs' to my address in Brighton, UK on 11th October and received the crocs on 19th October. Thus, I received the item within the quoted delivery period of 6-8 days which is always good. I was a bit antsy regarding my purchase from Stylefile after looking at a lot of the reviews here, so I made sure to chase up customer service regularly for details on my order status following my order, mainly by email and once by telephone. My experience of customer service was that they were fairly prompt in replying to my emails and cordial over the phone. However, I didn't receive my tracking number till the 18th October (a day before they arrived). Overall I'll give my experience of Stylefile 4** for prompt delivery and reasonably swift customer communication.

Als ich NACH meiner Bestellung bei Stylefile die ganzen schlechten Bewertungen gelesen habe, ist mir ganz "schlecht" geworden...ABER ich vergebe 4 Sterne und kann nichts schlechtes sagen. Die Ware kam nach 6 Tagen an (dafür gibt es einen Stern Abzug, weil es einfach zu lange dauert). Ansonsten Top Ware, Zahlung über Klarna. Alles ohne Probleme.

He solicitado el cambio de unas zapatillas Fila número 37,5 por un número 38,5. Las he dejado en un punto celeritas dentro de los 15 días de devolución permitidos. Hace ya quince días que las las entregué en dicho punto celeritas, según instrucciones de Stylelife, y no tengo ninguna confirmación de recepción, ni cambio del artículo, ni devolución del importe. Si hay algún problema, deseo saberlo, son más de 60 €. Señores de Stylefile, no pueden saltarse las normas de devoluciones como Vds. quieran. Es ilegal

This is a nightmare company
This is a nightmare company. Deliberately misleading consumers regarding zero mention of UK import taxes. In my case the customs charges are 50% of the item’s value. Now the parcel is held up for 20 days due to customs regulations whilst Stylefile have my money and I have to purchase the item elsewhere. As per earlier reviews here, don’t go near this company, take note of the negative reviews!

Ware kam nicht.
Auf Nachfrage hieß es: eine Bestellung sei nicht auffindbar, ich solle mich an VISA wenden.

Legit business and would buy from here again
Ordered a pair of Air Force 1 LV8 S50 light stone/black/red. I searched literally every legit site on Google. Footlocker, Zalando, Stock X. Was not available in my size anywhere until I came across this site. I was a little suspicious at first since, I think Stylefile is a German based company so if I had any issues to would be difficult to reach them, and never heard of it before in the UK. Thankfully they are a legit business and quite large too. They have 37k followers on Instagram.
My shoes came even sooner than I expected I ordered them on the 26th and got shipped on the 28th and arrived today on the 30th. They send you a tracking number too so you can follow along and see where it is. On top of that since my shoes were like £79 I got free delivery. The shoes and the box came in perfect condition and I absolutely love them I’m so happy I took a chance and ordered from here.
In short I definitely recommend and would buy from here again.

Hice un pedido hace 10 días, aún no he recibido ningún email de nada, en la página pone que mi pedido está enviado y en el seguimiento de pedido, me envía a la página de Celeritas, ellos me dicen que aún no han recibido nada, me gustaría que me reembolsaran mi dinero ya que por las opiniones que veo dicen que es una estafa, pagué con Paypal y ya me he puesto en contacto con ellos, lo dicho, espero el reembolso de mi dinero.

Ware top, Lieferzeit völlig in Ordnung.
War ja aufgrund der ganzen negativen Bewertungen etwas skeptisch, ob das mit meiner Bestellung klappt. Aber ich kann nichts Negatives sagen: Dienstag bestellt und heute, am Samstag, geliefert. Lieferzeit 5 Tage, völlig in Ordnung. Jacke ist top, passt gut und der Preis war super. Ich werde wieder bestellen.

Absoluter Abzocker laden!!! Leute passt auf und bestellt hier nicht!!! Habe 2 Jacken und 1 paar Schuhe bestellt die Jacke und die Schuhe passten leider nicht und ich habe es am selben Tag zurückgesendet, wohlbemerkt in einem Karton. Und jetzt soll die Jacke nicht angekommen sein!!! Ich werde diese nicht bezahlen und wenn es sein muss rechtliche Schritte einleiten!!!

I read reviews on Tristpilot and was a little unsure of ordering. Some reviews are awful however some are great. I gambled as really wanted a pair of Nike's unavailable in the UK. Ordered late last week and item arrived today. No issues whatsoever and obviously very happy. Would highly recommend based on my experience.
