Fraud/Scam - Never received my parcel
I placed an online order on 4/12/21, it was supposed to come from Germany to the UK, and be delivered to my place.
On the 13th and 14th of December DHL claims have attempted to deliver my parcel but no one was home, I was there all day long, working from home and welcoming other parcels. Plus a "sorry we missed you" card was supposed to be left in every attempt... of course there was no card at all. This card should also provide me with the instructions to rearrange the delivery of my parcel, which was, of course IMPOSSIBLE ... Tried to contact DHL multiple times, and also no response whatsoever ... I contacted Stylefile.com asking for help and no answer from them either, so I recommend not to use this website, at least from overseas, parcels do not arrive and no one helps you as a customer.

Alles super!
Hab mich auch zuerst nicht getraut, was zu bestellen und es dann doch einfach gemacht. Ware (adidas Sneaker) waren top, aber haben leider nicht gepasst. Geld hab ich dann auch sofort zurück bekommen. Netter Kundenservice, kann nichts beanstanden.

Erst war ich ein bisschen skeptisch…
Erst war ich ein bisschen skeptisch wegen den Bewertungen aber habe es trotzdem gewagt. Ich habe das Produkt am 21.Dezember(Dienstag) bestellt und am 23.Dezember erhalten(Lieferzeit Top). Der Kundendienst ist auch sehr nett , meldet sich relativ schnell und ist hilfreich.

Misleading - no mention of customs charge at point of sale
I wish I had read the reviews on here earlier. Claim to offer goods at a reasonable price but entirely fail to mention that customs charges may apply. It would have been cheaper to buy direct from the UK than pay the outrageous duty which is almost 50% of the cost of the item. Which I haven't even received yet. Am desperately worried what the situation will be should it not fit and I need to return it. Seriously of pocket and more than disappointed at the lack of transparency from this company. Sharky behaviour.

Ich weiß wirklich nicht was hier einige für Probleme haben. Von meiner Seite aus bin ich mit Stylefile wirklich Top zufrieden! Habe am Montag meinen Carhartt Sweater (welcher aktuell gefühlt in ganz Deutschland ausverkauft ist) bestellt, mit Kreditkarte bezahlt und kam direkt am Donnerstag an!

Ich war anfangs auch sehr skeptisch…
Ich war anfangs auch sehr skeptisch aufgrund der schlechten Rezensionen aber ich kann mich nicht beschweren, es verlief alles super. Der Versand hat wie angegeben circa 4 Tage gedauert, was völlig in Ordnung ist.
Die Ware kam vollständig und sorgfältig verpackt an.
Ich würde hier jederzeit wieder bestellen 🤝

Versendet Ware nicht.
Vor 5 Tagen bestellt und bis jetzt wurde nicht versendet. Hatte sofort bezahlt. Sehr schwache lächerliche Leistung. Andere Shops bekommen es hin das Ware 1-2 Tage nach Bestellung ankommt. Bei Stylefile werde ich nie wieder bestellen. Bin gespannt wann sie es endlich gebacken bekommen meine Ware zu versenden. Sollte nach 2 weiteren Tage kein Versand erfolgt sein storniere ich die Bestellung wegen Verzug. Keine Lust auf so einen unseriösen Shop. Nie wieder

Absolutely appalling service
Absolutely appalling service, ordered two coats and received neither. I have repeatedly tried to make contact to get a refund but no reply. Hoping my credit card company can help.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
And please ignore their response below. No help has been given whatsoever. At no point was I told that customs charges would need to be paid. They have a lot of my money and are refusing to contact me to refund it. Scam company!!

According to the tracking link the parcel can not be deliverd cause you need to pay the custom charges.
As long as you do not pay that, the parcel will not be deliverd and will be send back to us.

Después de pedir unas zapatillas y posterior buscar opinión de la empresa pues me dio poca confianza pero las pedí a un precio que no encontré en ningún lado. La experiencia ha sido muy buena, las pedí un martes la he recibido hoy sábado y todo sin problema. Zapatillas correctas, talla correcta, todo bien. Recomiendo pedir a esta empresa ya que sus ofertas lo merecen.

Un desastre!!! Realice el dia 20 de Octubre un pedido a traves de Zalando, el pedido se dividió en dos partes, la primera de ellas llego el dia 26, la segunda, a traves de Stylefile esta desaparecida, la empresa de transporte Celeritas tiene el numero de pedido pero no ha recibido el envio, y Zalando no sabe nada de el. Huid de cualquier compra o interacción con esta empresa.

I ordered for a pair of Nike Vapormax…
My parcel arrived 6 days after I made the order, but I had to pay custom duty £72, which is half the cost price of the shoe. I’m totally disappointed, if only I knew I would have gotten the shoe from the store which would have cost me £200. Spent about £25 extra. Won’t recommend this site to anyone.

Esta web es un fraude os cuento... pido dos libros me envian otros dos libros que no tienen nada que ver... solicito el cambio por los productos que habia pedido y oooo lamentablemente ya no hay stock y te quedas sin dinero y con libros que no has pedido. Huye de esta plataforma... os recomiendo iberlibro bookdepository pero jamás stylefile. Conmigo han perdido un cliente
