Ich habe nun schon oft bei stylefile bestellt,ich persöhnlich war immer zufrieden...kurze wartezeiten gute qualität...ob nun im klamottenbereich oder graffity...morgen kommen meine 8 jordan shirts freu mich schon...wenn es nun noch für meinen geschmack eine bessere sneaker auswahl gäbe hätte ich auch 5 sterne vergeben.

Kann die ganzen schlechten Bewertungen gar nicht verstehen hier. Habe jtz zum ersten mal bei Stylefile ein paar Air force 1's mit schwarzem Swoosh bestellt, welche nach 3 Tagen sofort da waren. Wer schonmal welche getragen hat, wird sicherlich nen orignal von Replica unterscheiden können, zumal ich seit längerem fast ausschließlich AF1's trage. Desweiteren, wird jedem der sich mal auf der Website vernünftig umschaut auffallen, dass es sich um einen seriösen Händler handelt (schaut mal ins Impressum und AGB's :D). Bin sehr zufrieden und danke für die schneller Lieferung.

UN AUTÉNTICA VERGÜENZA

My son returned clothing to this company before Christmas. Twice, he has chased to get the refund he is due. He still hasn't heard anything.
Their customer service is appalling. If he had read these reviews in advance, he would never have used this company.

Nonsense regarding not having received the return. We have receipt of the post. And your email silence suggests you don't want to pay up rather than you are still awaiting the return. What a way to run a business!

Der größte Beschiss in meinem Leben!
Hatte nike schuhe für 180€ bestellt schon beim auspacken bemerkt das die sehr schleisslich verabeitet waren Support angeschrieben die meinten ich kann sie zurückschicken aber müsste den Versand selber zahlen darum hab ich dann doch getragen.
Ich hab einige Nike Schuhe aber die müssen zu 100% fakes sein weil die Schuhe halten nichts aus drücken und sind unbequem hoch 10.

Ordered a jacket through them. They shipped the order but nearly a month later I still haven’t received it. I have emailed three times and left a message on their online comment form to get an update on the order, but no one has replied to me. Terrible customer service and would recommend no one orders anything through them - feel like I’ve been scammed out of a lot of money. I note other reviewers have had the same experience and stylefile respond saying to email them but YOU NEVER REPLY TO EMAILS!!

Haben eine Jacke für über 250€ bestellt, diese konnte aufgrund eines Fehlers von DHL nicht zugestellt werden. Mir wurde weder mittgeteilt das die Bestellung nicht zugestellt werden kann noch warum dies der Fall war.
Ich hab darauf hin den Service im Kontaktiert und darum gebeten mir die Jacke nochmal zuzusenden, dieser teilte mir mit das dies
nicht ginge und ich die Jacke nochmal bestellen müsste. Fand ich nicht so toll und hab darauf hin ein 5€ Gutschein erhalten. Ich hab die Jacke dann nochmal über den Shop bestellt (hat mehrere Tage gedauert bis die wieder Online war), mittlerweile war die Jacke deutlich teurer ( auch mit dem 5€ Gutschein) als bei der ersten Bestellung. Anscheinend wurde mein Browserverlauf getracked und die Jacke schön preislich erhöht, geht gar nicht Leute!
Die Jacke kam dann ohne Original Hangtags und Verpackung bei mir an - sie hat fast 300€ gekostet.
Klar, hätte ich woanders bestellen können, war leider überall in meiner Größe ausverkauft!
Nicht dort bestellen und wenn doch, dann den Verlauf löschen!

Absolute disgraceful,Im really hoping I haven't been completely SCAMMED!! I wouldn't advise giving your money to this company Im disgusted with them and their customer service is non existent so far. I bought clothing from them that are completely different from the description on their site and I always wear The North Face so ordered my usual size and all items are at least 2 sizes down, why would their sizing be different to all of my other clothes which are the same brand name,I have emailed them to the address given for customer service,it's also the address they commented on a reply to somebody else's angry review on Trust Pilot so I 100% have the correct email address, my thinking is their purposely ignoring me to get to the 30day return period. I will not be stopping until something is done. I spent a lot of money, I even tried getting them on Facebook and still ignored. I will happily update my review if the company actually do something for me
**EDIT** Stylefile were quite helpful after I wrote this review, I sent them pictures of my items, they turned out to be very polite, understanding and apologetic and a recieved a FULL REFUND in a short time from them so I updated my review as promised, Thank you Stylefile.com 😊

I made an order on 20/01/2022 and it was apparently dispatched the next day.
The DHL notification said it had left Germany on 22/01/2022 but by the 1st Feb it still hadn't arrived in the UK so I sent an email to their customer services.
It's now 08/02/2022 and I still haven't received a reponse let alone my order.
What a scam!

Its been almost a week since your response to open and investigation with DHL.
I am asking for a refund and expect full payment within a reasonable time.
If delivery or refund is not made, I will report this to Trading Standards as a breach of the Consimer Rights Act 2015.

I ordered vapourmax from this website. They was arrived within the week which was great but sent the wrong size. I have been emailing them since . I have sent an email everyday and no one has still replied. It is very frustrating as these shoes are a present . I don't know what to do at this stage. Very disappointing

So stylefile will reply to a review on Trustpilot, but still won't reply to my emails .

Hab mir eine Kappe bestellt die auch relativ schnell ankam, aber leider war es nicht die Kappe die ich bestellt habe sondern in einer anderen ausführung…

He realizado una devolución con fecha 16/12/21 y que según el siguimiento de Celeritas figura entregada y en su almacén el 24/12/21. A fecha 21/1/22 todavia no he recibido el reembolso y al reclamarlo por email, me contestan que no les consta que mi devolución les haya llegado. Por ahora y que cada uno los califique, estan haciendo una "apropiación indebida de mi dinero"...

I ordered a pair of vans, I couldn't get them anywhere in UK, ordered these and they were delivered very quickly. However they did go to the wrong address, 1 honest neighbour, and the shoes are perfect, can't wait to wear them. Thanks stylefile x

Sehr empfehlenswert. Bei einer Rückfrage wurde mir sehr freundlich und vor allem superschnell geantwortet. Die Lieferung erfolgte bei mir auch so wie beschrieben und die bestellten Schuhe sind genau so, wie ich sie wollte. Vielen Dank

Ich hatte zunächst Sorge, da die Bewertungen ja stellenweise wirklich nicht gut sind. Habe trotzdem bestellt und mit PayPal bezahlt. Adidas Sneaker in 2 Größen. Versand ging schnell und hat wie angegeben gepasst (unter einer Woche). Auch die Rücksendung und Rückzahlung über PayPal ging wie gewohnt.

Man darf sich nicht unbedingt von den Bewertungen täuschen lassen, da es vermutlich nur ein Bruchteil von den ganzen Kundenerfahrungen sind und zufriedene Kunden eher nicht dazu neigen, eine Bewertung zu schreiben.

Die Bewertungen bei Zalando beispielsweise sind noch deutlich katastrophaler und da bestellt wahrscheinlich der Großteil regelmäßig ohne weiteren Problemen.

Hola muy buenas hice el pedido hace unos dias y no me mandaron ni email de confirmacion ni absolutamente nada no se ni q dia supuestamente viene ni si me lo enviaran tan si quiera, pero cobrar me lo an cobrado.

NO PIDAIS A ESTA PAGINA! PEDI UN PANTALON DE KARL KANI Y ME MANDARON OTRO MODELO QUE NO TIENE NADA QUE VER. UNA VERGÜENZA!
