Jonathon Goddard did a great job
Jonathon Goddard did a great job. Kept me up to date on the build of my new Cayenne right up until handover. The car has exceeded my expectations - following the Drive Experience Day at Silverstone I feel I got a great insight into the cars capabilities.

I had a issue with the car service record being updated, raised it with no update. Explained it on my feedback call and was told I would get a call back and never heard anything back. Not what I would expect from Porsche

The issue was not resolved
The issue was not resolved, despite 4 days in the work ship and being informed this issue was resolved on return of the vehicle. within 24 hours the same issue arose in the same place, so this was not tested to confirm any fix was done to the required conclusion.

Be careful of Porsche Centre Wolverhampton
Never received so poor service how in Wolverhampton Porsche Centre. Car part damaged during the service, which took 4 days. The damage part changed incorrectly, and the car returned with a dirty window, saying that it wasn't cleaned because we didn't want to make any scratches.
