I've been very disappointed with the after-sales service at Porsche Centre Nottingham.

My car was misdiagnosed as having a fault with the trims. I told them this wasn't the cause and asked them to investigate further. I was told the trims had to be replaced first, or the warranty wouldn't cover any further investigation. So I paid to have them replaced.

Unsurprisingly, the problem persisted and the car had to go back in. Neil Jarvis, the Aftersales Manager, eventually found the actual cause. I gave him the receipt for the unnecessary trim work carried out because of the misdiagnosis, and he said he would arrange a refund or goodwill gesture. Since then I've heard nothing, despite emailing twice and calling the centre several times.

I escalated the matter to Porsche Great Britain Customer Relations. They have also been unable to get a response from the centre.

For a brand of Porsche's standing, this falls well short of what I'd expect. I'd hoped for a prompt, fair resolution, and I'm still waiting.

As a Porsche-a-holic I’d recommend going to another dealer for your purchases.

I’m having an appalling experience with this Main Dealer, I’ve owned 9 Porsches so thought I knew I’d always be safe in the knowledge I’m purchasing from an Official Porsche Centre. However I purchased a Macan on 03/08/26 and within a week it had multiple faults (11 in total - listed below). I contacted the salesman and rejected the car by email, but he misled me and told me I had to give them an opportunity to rectify (I found out later that under the Consumer Rights Act this was wrong and that within 28days I have the right to reject.) The sales manager ignored my messages as did the Dealer Principal. It has now gone on for over 2 months and they have had the car for over 5weeks, the dealer principal has just rejected my rejection. List of issues as follows:-

1.Bonnet and front quarter wings don’t align.
2.Washer refill warning comes on continuously - even when full.
3.Rear seat behind driver occasionally has a seat belt jot on warning even when empty.
4.Several occasions when car doesn’t lock when remote key used.
5.Wireless charger doesn’t work - it occasionally shows working but then cuts out, then on again - majority of time it doesn’t work, same with the USBs in centre storage box.
6.AppleCarplay doesn’t always connect and even when connected it drops off the main screen for no apparent reason.
7.Centre screen freezes and touch control stopped working.
8.Rattle as the drivers door is closed.
9.Favourites stored on radio don’t scroll ie once I have selected one and try to move to the next station, it jumps to random stations not stored.
10.The service menu in the car says a service is due in October 2026, which as you know shouldn’t be the case because all approved Porsches should have services done if within 6months. The service says due in March 2027 (outside of 6months).
11. The volume controls on the PCM and steering wheel does not always work.

Think very carefully before you buy from this dealership. Porsche UK have been very unhelpful and have shrugged their shoulders, I will never buy another Porsche….Ever. That is how poor and stressful this situation has been.

Great experience, excellent staff, lovely facilities

Our Cayenne which was purchased from new in 2023 had faults within three months of delivery.
The Cayenne continued to have significant faults within three months camera system, engine management system, piston misfiring, main system battery going flat with no warning, leaving us on several occasions not even being able to open the car.
Each time the cayenne was in service for lengthy periods of time and guaranteed that “it will be fine now” but then another problem etc, etc, etc. we were told by Porsche Nottingham to go the the motor ombudsman - we did, then found out that they don’t subscribe to the ombudsman scheme, so we felt we were deliberately mislead to cause further delays.

I just wanted to leave some positive feedback for Morgan at Porsche Centre Nottingham.
I had been dealing with a number of issues with my car, and there were honestly times when I was ready to give up with the whole situation. Since Morgan took over my case, though, things have been so much easier. She has been helpful, professional and, most importantly, kept me updated and made me feel like someone was actually taking ownership of the situation. Having one person who understood what was going on and made sure things were being dealt with made a massive difference.

I really appreciate all the help and support Morgan has given me. She has completely changed my experience with Porsche Centre Nottingham for the better and deserves recognition for the way she looks after customers.

Having called Porsche Nottingham I was greeted by a very enthusiastic and polite young man who's product knowledge was second to none, nothing was to much trouble and a video and pictures came through very quickly,
