Stratstone - MINI Derby Omdömen 

Brilliant service, great staff. Would certainly have them on my team. Have owned vehicles for over 40 years and can say the repair and service arrangements I have had are second to non. Thanks.

The service at Mini, Derby is generally ok, dependant on what staff are working. Some of them go above & beyond (Tim Twells) & some behave entitled because they are working at Mini.

They told me that I wouldn’t be able to afford a Cooper S because I was 22, so perhaps I should look at a used Mini.

It’s a shame really because I absolutely adore my Mini and the brand in general. But I really am not keen when I have to get in touch with the Derby branch.

Some of the staff are warm & welcoming, and they genuinely go above & beyond for the customers. Unfortunately though, you’re unable to guarantee their working days.

Despite some unusual communication problems, staff friendly as ever and courtesy car top notch.

No issues, great service. Quick turn around front buying the car to picking the car up.

Very slow and not customer minded at all, only interested in getting you to pay for more unnecessary work, ( apparently bonnet struts only last 5 years ). I thought I had purchased a premium product! Not a happy customer, I won’t be returning

Bought a mini convertible from these guys today , and found Tim the sales advisor that looked after us very helpful and he looked after us from start to finish , he made it a really enjoyable experience , a credit to the branch

I purchased a new build Countryman back in June 2021 and due to the ongoing chip shortage, I was told my car would not be ready until start to mid October but I would get updates every two weeks to keep me in the loop.

I sent an email with some questions back in June not long after putting down my build deposit but got no reply!

I recently rang Mini to find out what was going on as I was worried by the lack of promised communication and spoke to a nice chap on the phone (reason for the 2 stars) who looked into it for me and confirmed it will still on for an October delivery.

I then got an email from an unknown member of staff telling me that the lady I had been dealing with since day one had now moved positions within the company and that she was now my main point of call.

I replied I was dissatisfied with the lack of communication and then reposed the questions to her in hope of finally getting a reply.

I have again heard nothing back and I’m now extremely disappointed in MINI Derby.

It has put me off buying any new Mini’s after this one and I’m also telling friends and family to avoid this dealership due to the complete lack of sales aftercare.

I just hope my Mini doesn’t get delayed any further or I will be forced to cancel.

Great helpful staff bought my new mini on line helped all the time through the process pleasure to do business with would highly recommend thank you
