Staff seem over worked with too much to do, never return calls, had car for ages and didn't seem to know how to fix it, no courtesy car to start with, kept having to chase for a car and for updates etc

Very helpful, friendly and professional service

Appalling customer service from Mercedes Colchester. Do not use them! I was promised a service and MOT in two hours and they took over 6 hours. Zero communication and only rudeness from the acting manager who refused to accept responsibility for anything. Mercedes sales sold the car to me ‘fully serviced’, but when the service was due, this garage then wanted me to pay an additional £400 for the first service due to their mistakes. Go elsewhere.

UIsual friendly and efficient service

5 stars on this occasion as car was available for collection at 15.30 where as with an 8.00 am drop off it would be nice to have the car returned around lunchtime !!

Service &Mot done in same appointment by very customer friendly team.
Only issue was have to go back for Dust filter as it was not available that day.

Louis my service advisor was polite and professional, my repair was promptly dealt with at a very reasonable cost, by far my best experience at a main dealership. I won't go anywhere else.

Clearly communicate a price before hand and stick to it and don’t change prices all the time it causes confusion

The reason my experience was good is down to the great customer service provided by Chloe at Mercedes Benz, Colchester.

Lucy Richer who was the service agent who dealt with the service was very efficient,extremely knowledgeable, and pleasant person.

We had our car serviced and Louis Beeden in Colchester made us feel very at ease. He was professional and knowledgeable. He made sure we were happy with everything and really looked after us

Friendly, helpful, professional service, quickly done and my bar was deleted to a high standard. Overall a very positive, pleasant experience.

Lady working at the desk was very helpful 5 stars for her. But when I got in my car I found oil all over my cream leather car seat did not appreciate that at all. Mechanics need to clean up after their selves and check the car before giving it back to the customer
