Stratstone - Mayfair Land Rover Omdömen 

Me and my wife recently purchased a new car from Land Rover Mayfair. Peter delivered our car and was absolutely excellent. Very polite and knowledgeable.

Thank you to Peter for his great customer service - he went above & beyond on numerous ocassions.

Just too delivery of our LR Discovery Sport SE. Our handover consultant Anthony did a great job of explaining the new functionality of all the tech included.

Gary picked up my car and Aziz dropped off after a recall service. Both were on time, informative and attentive and I would recommend Stratstone due to the good service provided by their staff.

I had to call Peter as I was having issues with my in control app. He had kindly given me his number at the time of handover, called him, he remembered me right away and sorted my issue with a couple of call backs. Genuinely impressed, Peter called back at the time requested, was polite and professional. A credit to Stratstone - thanks Peter.

Not a pleasent experience - i have had really enough now so leaving a review after 29 days of purchase which is a lot of time i have waited for Paul, Clive, Daniel and the receptionist to either just reply to my email once or give me a call - i have sent five emails on and on to each one of these guys who are the main guys there and calls have been uncountable and i have never been able to speak to them at all - all i get is an answer from the receptionist saying someone will call in few minutes . If any one purchases a car from this mayfair stratstone jlr no chance of expecting a response at all after purchase and this is not because they may be busy this is because they do not care at all you know some companies have employees who are just not bothered at all after they hit a target or sale. This was a factual review for there services now coming to the range rover evoque 2024 i bought from them and it was delivered to my home by nice guy from them next day in evening it was dark so the next day i noticed rear number plate light is not working and the coolent low warning was showing on the dash both are minor issues which they should have checked in there so called 150 points check which they said they do before delivery which 100% was not done otherwise these two issues would not have been there. Only these two issues for which i have been contacting them for 29 days and i have no responses and no calls from them i have a whole call record on this and email history. It is one of those companies who will do anything to sell there items and then after that moment of sale done its like who the hell are you. Without any exaggeration this is what you guys are doing Paul, Clive and Daniel you cannot have any justification to this what so ever.now i have called land rover support for the above two issues directly about miss selling and they have got me an appointment for 21st jan at land tover guisely but they have asked me if stratstone land rover jlr will cover the expenses which they have quoted me to be as of £210 in writing for these issues if these two issues are not covered under warranty i have this in writing from them. I expect to recieve a call from you mayfair jlr stratstone tomorrow after 1pm to consolidate this matter and if i dont i will have an update to this review again. Such a simple thing was it and what a mess have you guys made it.

My vehicle was delivered by Anthony this morning. I can’t praise him enough, he was very polite and very knowledgeable about the vehicle during the handover process.
He ran through all the controls and made it easy to understand.
He is a credit to your company.

This review is for Peter. He worked tirelessly to get the repairs completed on my car. He took it upon himself to drive to another supplier to source the correct parts as the original sent parts were incorrect. I have been waiting for two months for the second key for my car it was supposed to be sent down to me in Bournemouth when Peter collected my car on the 9 October. Unfortunately Kyle failed to hand it over to Peter before he went on annual leave so it has remained in a draw in his desk in his office until……. Peter assures me it was sent to me recorded delivery yesterday 29 October by Natalie. I am still without the owners hand book and trying to source one on ebay but no luck so far. Thank you Peter I wonder how they would manage without you at the Mayfair dealership. My best wishes Lindi.
